Je recommande cet appartement car il a aucune remarque à faire, tout est nickel. Le matelas dans la chambre double à améliorer.

De locatie is geweldig. Direct aan zee/strand. Op de 2e verdieping, wat wij heel fijn vonden. Ruim appartement met een fijne douche. De bedden zijn wat hard

Fabulous apartment in a great location with lovely views. It had everything we needed and was a god send in the bad weather. The furnishing were of a high standard. Comfy beds. Instructions for where the heating was and how it worked would have been good as we spent 2 days cold. English TV would have made this exceptional. WiFi Instructions were not given.

Salón con cocina americana bonito y vistas. Checking online incómodo, muchos datos y vuelven a pedir documentos en cajero. Además si los datos están en Booking por qué me los vuelven a pedir otra vez. Olor del baño principal.

Apartamento totalmente reformado, amplio, dos baños completos con ducha, dos habitaciones, parking privado, bien situado y unas vistas espectaculares. Muy recomendable. No se puede pedir mucho más. A mi me gusto todo.

Las vistas espectaculares El sillón se hunde. Tuvimos que arreglar una de las duchas. El colchón no era muy cómodo.

situation géographique et vue sur la plage de Levante, très bon ensoleillement, taille de l'appartement, équipement assez complet, propreté des lieux (tant de l'appartement que des locaux), présence d'un parking fermé, amabilité et disponibilité des gardiens 2ème chambre un peu juste une fois le lit d'appoint déplié, absence de four traditionnel et mauvaise insonorisation du coté chambre (voisins et leur électroménager un peu bruyants)

Al apartamento no le falta detalle, es precioso y super cómodo. Todo lo que necesitas lo tienes. Las vistas son maravillosas. Lo peor es que en la zona hay jaleillo, en el apartamento no se oye nada, pero cuando bajas para pasear hay mucha gente

El apartamento está completamente reformado, tal y como se ve en las fotografías. La estancia es muy cómoda y agradable. Tiene cocina completa y los electrodomésticos están nuevos. 2 baños completos. La ubicación es excelente. A 10 metros escasos de la playa. El ventanal tiene unas vistas espectaculares de la playa de Levante. La comunidad tiene conserje que está constantemente limpiando las zonas comunes. Parking dentro del recinto del alojamiento. La zona está llena de tiendas y restaurantes. Estuvimos una semana y un par de días percibimos un ligero olor a desagüe en el baño de la habitación grande, aunque sin mayor importancia.

Emplacement top, vue géniale sur la mer et grande proximité. Parking privé. Appartement très spacieux et fonctionnel Il faudrait des tapis de bain,un minimum de produits de toilettes savon , gel . Le kit de bienvenue produits menagers est minimaliste.

El apartamento estaba impecable, super bien ubicado, todo estaba nuevo. Lo volvería a alquilar sin pensarlo. El portero del edificio muy amable y el edificio en general muy limpio. Muy cómodo para estacionar. Un juego de llaves adicionales que me dieron no correspondía con el apartamento.
