Beautiful view of the beach in the distance. The room was just as described and perfect. The amenities available at this resort were perfect for family fun. We utilized the indoor and outdoor pools plus the tennis courts when we were not at the beach.

Great location near the beach. Had a few issues with no water in the unit and many of the furniture pieces had sharp screws sticking out. Needed to be cleaned a little more thoroughly as there were stains on the sheets and hairs in the sink and shower. Be careful on the bunk beds, as one of the support pieces kept falling on the person sleeping below.

Property is aged (loose furniture, …) but were not there for immaculate villa. The view is just perfect; could not stop looking out balcony.

The view from the balcony and access to private beach are the only positives about this apartment which is shabby and not well-maintained, with dirty floors, scuffed walls and soiled sofa. Did not expect this from a unit offered through Marriott Homes and Villas.

The overall experience was good. My only complaint is that there were only 3 ice trays and they were all cracked. Also, the bunkbed is extremely squeaky. You can't move at all without making a lot of noise. Very hard to sleep with all of that. Otherewise it was a great location and view and everything else was as expected.

This condo is in building 1 and right by the beach boardwalk. There were fantastic views from the condo of the boardwalk, marsh, and sunrises over the ocean. The condo is near a stairwell, however, if you want or need to ride the elevator, you need to walk across the building. We were disappointed the bunk beds room had no dresser or place to store our things. Nor did it have any mirror. The overall condo needs a little TLC and more thorough cleaning, but those things can be overlooked since it's a great beach location for a family getaway. We would stay here again.

Great view. Comfortable queen mattress in primary bedroom. Very clean linens and overall clean. Just needs fresh paint. Older resort. Many children....made adult swimming in the indoor pool impossible.
