Enjoy an all-suite layout and a covered patio with alfresco dining and golf-course views. A private golf cart can be added to your stay for a nominal daily fee. Golfers of all skill levels can play the 27-hole PGA Championship course. Other shared amenities in the gated community include 30+ pools and hot tubs, a gym, and 10 tennis courts. The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, a large island, and ample counter space. Dine at the four-person table, which presents golf-course views. Highlighted by high ceilings and a gas fireplace, the welcoming living area is the ideal place to kick back and watch your favorite show on the smart TV. The primary suite has a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second suite has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. THINGS TO KNOW A private golf cart can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $25/day; to arrange this amenity, please contact Vacasa at least three days in advance of your stay. Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall we enjoyed this house especially the Master bathroom. It was beautifully remodeled. The home itself was fairly clean, however, the garage needed to be cleaned. We cleaned the garage so we would not track in. We wanted to keep this home clean while we stayed but the vacuum was unusable due to the bag being full with no new bags available to use. Disappointing, when as a renter who has to pay a cleaning fee, to not have as clean of a place as possible to begin our stay.

Really enjoyed the condo and facilities. Being so close to the airport and golf course are definite positives with the desert princess location. The home was in great condition and had ample dishes, towels and was very clean. The air conditioning was not functioning and is in definite need of repair. We should have contacted property management on day one to give them the opportunity to have serviced. Other than sleeping and eating we spent majority of time on the golf course so managed without an operable air conditioner. In the future will call the property manager on arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a clean, spacious, nicely decorated home conveniently located between Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, nice flatware, and appliances. The unit is on the golf course with a nice covered patio. Each bedroom has it own bathroom with comfortable linens. The closest pool is about a 2-3 minute walk. The unit is located by Landau St, the opposite end of the main entrance. It’s nice to walk the dog in the huge complex and look at the beautiful landscapes. The guards at the gate were nice and friendly. Booking and check in & out were fast and easy. Responses were immediate. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and definitely recommend this rental unit.
