Situated in Cathedral City, this attractive house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. City of Cathedral City STVR Permit # BLIC-001715-2022 Maximum occupancy is 6, Maximum number of cars allowed is 3 TOT TAX 12% & 1% TBID TAX AVAILABLE FOR 3 OR MORE NIGHTS All guests must be at least 25 years old This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath stand-alone home behind the gates of the Desert Princess Resort has everything you want and everything you need for a long weekend in the desert or to spend the season here. A large open social area featuring desert contemporary design combines a living room, dining for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island and stainless steel appliances. The living room opens thru a wall of glass to an incredible backyard. Just outside is a covered terrace with a dining table for 8 and gas grill. Beyond that are beautiful views of the green belt and mountains. You have your own private (12ft x 25ft saltwater) pool with a waterfall from the raised spa. For relaxing in the sun there are loungers and umbrellas. For those cool desert nights, there’s a seating area around a gas fire pit. Everything you need for the desert’s outdoor lifestyle is here! The large living room has a gas fireplace and 65" smart TV mounted above it. There’s plenty of comfortable seating with a huge sectional sofa and lounge chairs. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which makes this home perfect for couples, friends, or family to have their own private space to chill. The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, and sitting area. The ensuite has a large walk-in closet, water closet, tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and a dual-sink vanity. Each of the guest bedrooms with its tasteful desert modern design has a king bed, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed step-in shower. Each bath has a clerestory window which helps to brighten the space. The first guest bedroom has a smart TV; the second has a desk for those times you need to work from home. Calm Palm Retreat at the Desert Princess is designed to host your perfect vacation! Notes: Laundry room with washer/dryer, powder room, 2-car garage. PER CITY RULES: No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE: **Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book. **Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. **The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund. **This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book. **On rentals of 30-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you. **The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in. **This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed (yard not fenced)

The house was beautiful and clean more than big enough for what we needed. The outdoors was wonderful very quiet neighborhood. We played at the golf course, which is also on the property and had a great time. Looking forward to coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very nice! The Desert Princess community was very safe, clean and friendly. It was pretty close to downtown Palm Springs, but is a 15 minute drive to get anywhere. The house was clean and well decorated. Our biggest complaint was the beds; they were really firm. Overall, I would stay here again.

Our group stays in Princess Desert at least once a year for a golf trip. This house was the best we’ve stayed at by far! The check in process was simple and quick! The property management company was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were perfect too!! Hopefully will stay at this property again soon. We recommend this property 100%!
