The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Everything was perfect from the beginning. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. The screened in balcony and panoramic views were what we enjoyed the most. We will definitely stay there again!!

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Arie Dam. The condo was fully equipped with everything you could need to entertain at a beach vacation - games, TVs, beach equipment, not to mention the beautiful balcony with its views! In addition to the cute sea side theme indoors, the beach and pool area were pristine and private. Truly a perfect, relaxing retreat for us all! We hope to come again.

We had a wonderful week at this property! Upon arrival we discovered the master bathroom toilet was not working, but a quick call and it was quickly fixed. The views are absolutely amazing and the condo was beautiful and well taken care of!

We had the most amazing week! The views were incredible, location was perfect for beach walking, great restaurants and close to John’s Pass! Unit was absolutely beautiful, very clean, everything we needed. Balcony furniture was so comfortable to sit out and watch the sunsets, dolphins swim by and the sandcastle artist at work. Special mention to the permanent tenants residing in AD, we met quite a few and they are the nicest, friendliest people! Ready to plan our next trip to AD 503, maybe 2 weeks next time!

We were looking for a comfortable and scenic condo to enjoy 10 quiet days in the warmth of Florida in December. We wanted a nice place since we knew with Covid 19 we would still be spending more time than usual cooking ourselves and sitting on the balcony at night. The views / sunsets were incredible. The beds were very comfortable and the place as a whole was nicely furnished and appointed. It lives up to pictures posted. The beach is great for nice walks and the pool was warm and clean. We had a great time, would recommend to family / friend sand would consider rentiing again.

Just what the doctor ordered! Between the sun, beach, breeze and this gorgeous, well appointed, perfectly located, spacious condo, with an amazing patio, we didn’t want to leave. By far, the most relaxing vacation in a long time.

The property is beach front & within walking distance of local restaurants & shops. Location is great. Check-in experience was horrible (the 2nd time this has happened with VRBO) as entrance door to condo required a key code. The code number provided by Teeming Vacation Rentals didn’t work and it took over two hours to get in touch with anyone at TVR to provide assistance. Then when we finally got a call back, they had us try 4-5 different codes which didn’t work either. We then were given yet another code to get a key out of a lockbox (on ground floor outside of building) which was supposed to open the condo entrance door. Unfortunately, the key in the lockbox did not fit the front door lock and out of nothing more than sheer frustration, while on hold yet again, I next tried the last 4 digits of my wife’s cell phone number which didn’t work and then tried the last 4 digits of my cell number and voila’, the front door opened. The code provided to us by TVR wasn’t any where close to the last 4 digits of my cell phone number. The condo itself is nicely laid out and had all of the necessities. However, furniture and carpets either need deep cleaned or replaced. Furniture is tired looking. Would not stay here again unless the owner switched from TVR to another management company and will make sure never to use TVR again.

Condo was beautiful and right on a thin strip of the beach so it was a very short walk to the water. There are only 20 units so it wasn't super busy. The only negatives - the elevator broke 3 separate times while we were there and the guest bed is super squeaky. Management very responsive on the elevator issues.

This condo was wonderful. Especially being a corner unit on the 5th floor. The views were awesome. The condo was clean and very accomodating. The only 2 things we needed were more towels as there were 4 adults. Also, we only had one key for the pool gate and beach gate which made it challenging with 4 of us. I would definately come back.

This was the 4th rental via VRBO over the past 2+ years. The Condo unit was in a vice nice Building with amazing views of the Gulf. Only issue was the Master Bathroom. Needs a complete makeover ( Shower/ Bathtub & Flooring) . The rest of the unit was a 10.

One of the nicest places we stayed! Beautifully decorated and comfortable, super clean and views are spectacular. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment and utensils... beach chairs provided came in handy....would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Madeira Beach or St Pete beach area! TeemingVR group was great to deal with and were there if we needed anything. Our first time to this area of FL...and were worried as the area has a lot of older buildings, but this unit 503 was basically brand new inside.
Only thing would wish is they remove the screens on balcony, as views are incredible, and screens take away a bit from seeing it perfectly...they also date the building. Elevator needs to be cleaned up too...but worked fine during our stay. Only two things would change! 99 out of 100 rating!

My husband, son, and I had not stayed on Madeira Beach before. We've been looking for the perfect spot as our 7-year-old loves the beach. We found it! The condo is amazing. So clean and beautiful. Spacious with incredible views! It's on the top floor and has a screened in balcony. It's only steps to the water. Very quiet. We had a slight issue with the wireless upon arrival but it was fixed within a couple of hours. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved the area. We are already planning our next visit back!

Our party of four spent 5 outstanding days in July 2018. The apartment is above and beyond your expectations. We loved everything about it: great balcony with a beautiful view and amazing sunsets, very tasteful décor that gives you a sense of calm and relaxation, very well equipped kitchen where we were able to find everything we needed and great location (right on the beach and steps form dinning and attractions). The pictures of the apartment are very realistic.
Great communication with the office from first inquiries to the check-out.
I would recommend this apartment to anybody, regardless it it’s a family getaway or a romantic stay.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful condo. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the screened balcony soaking up that beautiful scenery. The condo is very tastefully decorated and has many items available to make your stay comfortable. We were sad to leave and hope to visit again!

Wonderful stay. Not many details overlooked. Little trays and boxes for organizing toiletries and such. Hampers, plethora of cozy blankets and pillows. Candle warmers in the rooms, large closets, plenty of hangars and dresser drawers for clothes. Views can’t be beat. You can hear the waves at night. Plenty of cozy patio furniture. Well stocked kitchen to include tupperware for leftovers and such. The utility closet had all the necessities - chairs, umbrella, coolers, floats, buckets/shovels, etc... most of these items are not provided by management but judging by condition, they are left behind and the management hangs onto the nicer items. Games, books and puzzles too. The unit is very clean. We can’t wait to visit again.

Cleanliness excellent, kitchen stocked, views amazing, plenty of beach accessories, beds amazing, bathrooms huge and clean, balcony furniture awesome, and just so comfortable. Our family experienced the best beach vacation we have ever had. Location is great and beach is beautiful. Security in building is good and smart lock on door was so convenient. Our favorite restaraunts were the Friendly Fisherman, Crabby Bills, and Sloppy Joes. Excellent Seafood! We want to extend a special thank you to Teeeming VR for awesome service and so much info for us before we even checked in. Best condo service we have been through! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Arie Dam room 503and booking through TeeemingVR.

We had a great time at this property with our four young boys! The place was spacious and beautifully decorated-we hid breakables in the closet for the week:) The condo has chairs, an umbrella and toys so you don’t have to purchase your own. We did buy boogie boards to replace their broken ones and a new coffee pot because one cup per the Keith just wasn’t enough on vacation! The parking spot is super convenient. A few downfalls-the fridge/freezer/pantry were not clean when we arrived so we had to trash and take out the previous guests opened food; the doors to the pool/beach have to be unlocked to get in and out with a key that is older than me and difficult to maneuver with full hands; the condo is next to public beach access so rowdy groups would arrive in the evenings and weekends. Those were all very minor details and we had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back!

We just got back from a weeks stay at Arie Dam 503. This condo is truly amazing. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, there are no unpleasant surprises with the unit. It is decorated beautifully. The owners have everything you could possibly need. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and lots of beach toys. We opted to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for $25 a day and that worked out well for us. The kitchen is very well stocked, I can’t imagine there is anything missing. We loved sitting on the screened porch in the morning and then again after dinner. The furniture was so comfortable and you can’t beat the view.
This particular unit has a keypad for entry which we really loved, it was so easy to use. Unfortunately you need keys to get into the building, the pool area and onto the beach.
Arie Dam is an older building but it is very well maintained. They keep the pool area immaculate. There are also older lounge chairs that they allow you to take to the beach if you need chairs.
We ate most of our meals out and luckily our favorite restaurant Dockside Dave’s is right across the street. We also ate at Slyce and Angry Pepper and enjoyed those meals as well.
Teeming VR is very easy to work with, we will definitely use them again. We had an issue with the tv and Lynett was very quick to reply to my email and followed up as well to make sure we got it working.
If your looking for a great vacation condo you cannot go wrong with this unit. I would love to rebook this unit again next year but the price has increased $600. That’s very disappointing.
Overall we had a great vacation!
