Nestled in San Antonio's Texas Hill Country, our elegant and luxurious property features a private backyard paradise with Smart TVs, a game area, and a private pool and hot tub. Relax on the covered patio, explore the vast backyard with mature Texas Oaks, and enjoy easy access to nearby attractions like La Cantera Resort, Six Flags Fiesta, SeaWorld, and downtown San Antonio. Guest have access to the entire property except the garage which is locked off for storage at this time We welcome you to our home and proudly offer our place to use as your own. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood where you know your neighbors, we strive to foster a great relationship with the community.. We also can arrange Shuttle, Livery, as well as Turo, Car Rental, contact us for details. Please be mindful of the bedding situation, we can sleep 12 in 6 Queen beds and offer 3 inflatable luxury mattresses with bedding for additional sleeping arrangements Garage is locked off for storage -The Following amenities are available upon request with a 3 Business Day notice: *High chair *Baby Bath *Baby Monitor *Bathtub *Changing Table *Children's books & toys *Children's dinnerware *Crib / Pack'n Play / Travel crib *Stair gates *Table corner guards *Window & Fireplace guards (where applicable) *Outlet Covers *Pocket Wifi ($200 security deposit) *Game Consoles & Games (PS3, PS4, XBoxOne, Wii - $250 security deposit) *Pool is not heated *The pool gets cleaned every Thursday. We are happy to arrange a cleaning on the day of your arrival for an additional cost of $50 upon request with a two-day business notice. Please note there is a City Ordinance of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Please make sure you respect this ordinance in this quiet neighborhood. A minute noise device is located in the central living area to monitor the noise level. Please note that this does not record any sounds and simply helps us ensure we are maintaining a respectful noise level for our surrounding neighbors

Great home for a family gathering. Several games and entertainment inside of the home as well as a hot tub, pool and fire pit. The property is gated and the living space was great. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The host was awesome and accommodating.

Wow totally pleased with our stay at this home! Had everything we needed and then some! No surprises and effective communication! Owners were awesome and I highly recommend this VRBO location! Best I’ve ever stayed at and I do this twice a year! Book here seriously house has just the right size and amenities! Located near EVERYTHING!

The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Great area. The only downside I could say about this property is, it was pretty hot inside during our entire stay. There was no way to control the thermostat at the house. It was between 75-76 at all times so it made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Other than that it was a nice stay.

WE TRULY ENJOYED OURSELVES AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME VERY SPACIOUS WITH A LOT TO DO. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND MADE OUR STAY WONDERFUL. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING WE WILL RENT AGAIN.

This home had a wonderful pool. The pool was super clean, fresh and perfect in every way. There were good chairs , tables and swim toys available for all to use. Inside, the kitchen and dining rooms were so open and nice. Everything we needed was available. Bathrooms and bedrooms were big and open with lots of room. My only concern is that there was an obvious very strong smell of Dog in the house. I do not know if this was from the owner or a previous guest. I had to go to the store and buy deodorizers. If you own a dog, you may not be bothered by the odor, but I do not. Again, because everything else in the house was so wonderful, I am giving this stay a 4 star and I would stay here again! Beautiful house!

When booking the property, we had intentions of hosting an event, and the listing clearly mentioned that events were allowed. The listing also never specified how many guests were allowed at the property. Prior to our stay, I attempted to reach out to the booking agent to ask about event policies, but I never received anything from him. Trusting that the descriptions in the listing were an accurate depiction of the owners rules, we went ahead and decided to book the property for two nights and $1,000. During our first night, we carried out our event that we had been planning for months. We were going to stay at the property after the event ended and utilize our second night at the property to clean and relax, as many people traveled long distances to be there. During the first night, the homeowners, as well as the booking agents, came to the house with malicious intent and kicked us out of their house. We had already reserved the property for two nights, and as mentioned before, spent $1,000 dollars to do so. Instead, we were removed from their house, essentially wasting the money we spent to book the place. When I tried to explain everything to them, with utmost respect, the home owners proceeded with kicking us out of their home. The experience was unequivocally horrific. I would have never imagined that following the guidelines that were mentioned in the booking would have earned our groups departure, without even sleeping there for a single night.

It had alot of amenities, such as games, pool, poker table, pool table, xbox, and all tv apps, netflicks, hulu, prime. The pool had alot of features for water activity, but the depth was not designed for small child, make sure you bring life jackets. It was a great place to stay.
