"Desert Mirage" is a beautifully remodeled, fully furnished, first floor, single level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the upscale North Scottsdale area. It is in the prestigious 85255 neighborhood, sandwiched in-between DC Ranch and Prado Estates. It is in a condominium community called Mirage Village, which is a small, boutique condominium complex in the middle of million+ / multi-million dollar homes. The nightly rates are based on 30+ night stays. You'll enjoy fantastic mountain and desert views in an exceptionally CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, peaceful community, with fantastic neighbors.
The condo is beautiful - remodeled, super clean, and updated with brand new furniture and decor. The decor style is a mix of modern with a retro flair, making it a fun, North Scottsdale eclectic glam-swanky feel! All details during the rehab were taken care of, right down to the door hinges! Open floor plan concept with two separate / split bedroom suites, each with their own professionally remodeled bathrooms. Beautiful custom cabinetry, granite, quartz, new window treatments, and plank porcelain tile throughout.
Enjoy the high-end kitchen appliances including the built-in wine chiller, because as they say, it's 5 o'clock somewhere!
Comfortable living room with leather couch, two brand new swivel recliner chairs, comfy rug, glass-top tables, and brand new smart TV. Eat at the beautiful granite counter on the new cushioned stools, or in the attached dining room at the new retro glass-top dining table.
The primary bedroom boasts brand new furniture including a king-sized bed, comfortable mattress, hotel-quality bedding, nightstands, dresser, and smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet. New black-out blinds are just perfect for a good night's sleep. Relax in comfort while watching the new smart TV! The beautifully remodeled bathroom includes a large shower and dual sinks.
The secondary bedroom ("the green room") can be used as an office with the built-in desk and chair. It also has brand new furniture including a queen-sized bed with a new extra comfortable mattress, hotel quality bedding, nightstand, chest of drawers, and smart TV.
Both bedroom mattresses are encased in protective zip covers for extra cleanliness.
There is ample parking available. And this condo has a 1-car garage with cabinet storage that comes in handy for the longer-term guests!
Enjoy the beautiful Arizona outdoors by relaxing on the private patio just off the living room. The patio is steps away from the resort style community pool, spa, fire pit, gas BBQ grills, and covered gazebo.
To align with CCR requirements, there is a 30-day minimum rental period. We welcome guests for monthly or long-term stays. Ask about our discount for stays longer than 2 months (February not included). Mirage Village is located in a perfect spot near golf, hiking, shopping, restaurants, boutiques, West World, Mayo Clinic, Golf Tournaments, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, and much more!

We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful and the pool is just steps away from the front door!The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Sue and Tim were easy to communicate with and left a tasty fruit basket for us to enjoy!!

We have been going to Arizona for several years and this was by far the best experience. Great location to a fully stocked residence we could not have asked for more. The owners immediately took care of any problems or questions. We would come back in a heart beat.

Enjoyed staying in this clean 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located to hiking trails, pickle ball courts, golf courses and many services. Enjoyed the smaller, quiet neighborhood grilling, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub or around the community fire pit. The owners are easily reachable and responsive.
