We loved the neighborhood with the woods behind us. We could walk thru the lovely neighborhood. The windows were great. The home was clean inside. Lots of pillows and blankets. Location was very good.
The side of the house with the laundry had a bad smell so we just shut the door to the laundry area. (It was not the washer). Being next to the woods a squirrel came up into the toilet and drowned! Maybe a plumbing exhaust pipe needs to be covered!!! There is an amazing trail behind the house but there are some steel drop offs that you can’t see well because of brush and my husband fell and was badly injured. Please watch your step back there!!!! Also, the outside of the house has a lot of spider webs that need to be cleaned off the house. We did not have a problem with bugs in the house though.

Wonderful property. Located in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. Super convenient location - 5 minutes to downtown Mendocino and close to state parks and Fort Bragg. Clean & comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen - I easily cooked almost all our meals here. Picturesque back patio with a nice hot tub for after a long day of hiking. Super comfy beds and lots of drawer and closet space. Really nice washing machine and dryer for laundry. Super easy check in and check out. This truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.
