the apartment was cleaned only “on surface” sauce pan wasnt even washed toaster is way past its lifetime airvent above stove has not been cleaned at all !! ewww the sink in the bathroom smelled like dead mouse :( on top: someone entered our room and replaced all “unused towels” and dish clothes.. for 2N stay only… pls dont do that !! have some respect to the planet.. or at least ask first if your customers want it

The apartment itself was fine, but unfortunately the experience was negatively affected by the person responsible. The bi

The biggest issue was the key box. It was first time we used this type and the instructions were not completely clear, as two steps had to be done simultaneously. Unfortunately, instead of simply helping us, the person responsible was extremely rude and condescending, repeatedly making comments implying that we could not read or understand the instructions. Even if we had misunderstood them, there was no reason to speak to us so disrespectfully. This was very unpleasant and unfortunately overshadowed our stay.

Clean and well equipped apartment in good location.

Good location, very close to Seyðisfjörður centre. Beautiful clean interiors and comfy beds. Lots of parking space during our stay. Good amenities, fridge, water heater, hot plate and cooking equipment in the room.

Brief and comfortable.

The space was clean and there were plenty of comfy beds for our family.
