Todo estuvo muy agradable

The location is the best on the island. And the suite itself was amazing.
The staff and any help was non existant. would leave trash bags for days in common areas...
zero smiles, zero on site help - even when checking in. I spoke to the property management company, they said they have made some changes... id like to try again because of the location
place itself was amazing but there are many options with smiles and mexican hospitality.
