Comfortable, clean and got the job done. Thanks!

Lots of beds which accommodated everyone.

The heating was very high throughout the stay and we did not know how to turn it down.

Good location, comfortable apartment for a stay o

Location excellent for town centre and within walking distance of all amenities. The property was comfortable and light with lovely big windows in a quiet setting. The host was very attentive and dealt quickly with a minor issue in the apartment.

Parking was difficult, because the location is good for the town centre, workers parked their cars there. Because the property was overlooked from both the front and back, blinds would have been appreciated to give some privacy during the day. There was no window covering in the kitchen, nor a door to close it off, a minor issue but I would have felt more comfortable had this been addressed. I should have asked but it would have been useful having the instructions for the TV, washing machine and microwave.

Great whole apartment, great location. Close to centre of Leamington.

Location and the self contained accommodation. Clean tidy and had Wi-Fi and good access to streaming services. Light and airy accommodation, felt comfortable and at home for our 2 day visit, attending our daughter’s graduation. Location excellent. 10 mins walk from the centre

Nothing really. If I would comment at all. Dishwasher would have been nice and gas hob for cooking but these are absolutely minor details.

Disappointing

the apartment was very central

we reported the leak in the kitchen, nobody came to fix, the shower was one second freezing or to hot oven didn’t work

Location good but apartment not very homely or private.

Near the town centre

Not very private. Needed blinds or net curtains. No blind in the kitchen and no kitchen door either so can see right through to second bedroom as the door needed to be open because the light didn’t work in there. In the bathroom there were 6 spotlights but only one worked. Also there was a smell of dogs in the apartment.

It was a convenient stay but needs a deep clean. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

It’s location and easy to to access (lock box etc).

The property wasn’t clean. I spent the evening hoovering up cobwebs and spiders. There was also limescale in the bathroom and around the shower cubicle, cobwebs on the light fixtures, stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom didn’t have proper soap, it had a generic bottle of “white stuff”. It costs £1 for a bottle of soap… Finally, the shower had a white cleansing sponge hanging which is a personal item and not appropriate to be left in the shower for other guests.

Pleasant

Easy checkin, great communication and handy location to walk to restaurants.

A few issues with the property, hardly any lights worked in the bathroom or living room and there were lots of dirty dishes that had been put away.

Roomy and clean

Bathroom floor was so hot it almost burnt our feet. No milk left for a tea. Netflix was in Polish.

Good location, but the apartment didn't meet our expectations 😐

The location is good. Close to town centre, about 10 minutes walk. Communication through booking messages was ok. Easy access to the keys.

The apartment is basic. There is no welcoming pack like toiletries or anything else. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the bedding was dirty. I found hair on my pillow and stuff in the bed sheets, which is unacceptable. The carpet in the living room had cat/dog hair. The foot stool had dirty marks. The sofa had crumbs on it. The light bulbs in the living room need changing. For the money you pay, they need to provide more.

We had a nice relaxing weekend there.

Great location. Nice, comfortable house. Would definitely stay there again.

Some spare lightbulbs would have been useful - the lightbulbs in the living room weren't working. Just a small issue

great place to stay for the night, had everything we could need.

location, cleanliness and size all perfect for our needs. well equipped apartment.

kitchen window had no blind, felt very exposed at night especially as no door on kitchen so could see when going to bathroom. upstairs neighbours very noisy late into the night. bedroom 2 very warm as boiler in the bedroom and some sort of pipe work above very noisy.

Good

Really close to the park and river. Had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. All arrangements went very smoothly.

The fan? in the small bedroom was very noisy and interrupted sleep. The living room light had only one of 4 bulbs working. Not sure whether the lower oven was working.

Good

It was mostly fine but a little minimalist. Very small amount of kitchen equipment which didn't bother us for one night but would have if we had been staying longer. The ceiling lights in the lounge only had 2 out of 5 bulbs working. Only one of the bedroom lamps worked.
