Everything is clean and comfortable, conveniently located in modern Vancouver downtown. Parking has an extra fee of $45.00

Location is great and staff was friendly, but the walls are paper thin and it was so noisy all night. From the traffic below (we were on the 15th floor) to the screaming kid next door, and an uncomfortable mattress it was not the relaxing stay we had hoped for.

Nice hotell very close to the bus to Whistler. Nice rooms with a nice view. The hotel in general needs a face uplift otherwise very nice.

Good room, decent view. The bed was amazing!! But the pillows a little limp. I like the interactive elevators, and amount of them, never a long wait.

Great hotel, ask for upgrade to 32nd floor - the view is worth it. Very clean. Area is great for walks, great views, amazing breakfasts and a clean metro feeling.

We just returned from 5 days in Vancouver and had an amazing time. The Hyatt Regency was spectacular, festively decorated and the employees were so courteous. The restaurant food was good bust wasn’t the highlight. We will definitely return for another stay!

Check in was super easy and Anita was super helpful with a list of restaurants and places to try within walking distance! Love that checkout was at noon so we got to sleep in! Will be staying here again when in town.

First the little things if you drive to the Hyatt the garage entrance is hard to find I n the afternoon that because the sun shine off the buildings to a blinding light and you , which mean me miss the garage 3 times so gps is a must. I stay in a king size mattress, with a super big tv and a rain shower, nice. Here is another little thing staying at other hotels the tv was on some kind of wireless system that went in and out , Hyatt picture never had a glitch it also had a feature (automatic) if you have kids or someone who doesn’t turn of the tv, the tv would go black but sound is still on, nice. Did I mention the rain shower, love the rain. Had a buffet meal before we left the next day , the usually omelettes station and self serve were eggs and meats, but wait lox station. I must have made four good size lox’s and bagels. The hey had their own starbucks in the lobby, the hat so special about it, it’s was ready to make you drink over, I took a sip and they said how is it, they reply I can make it right. It was as only Xmas blend with half and half lately starbucks makes it warm or water down and their station is clean. I prefer the Hyatt over other hotels like the Westin. I have the Westin hotel and I thought since the last.s. president stay there it must be good, it was not let just I not going back. The Hyatt was was so good this one and the he one in Bellevue, I looking in becoming a world member, check it out, free shuttle and to suspension bridge

Anita, at the check-in desk, was exceptionally helpful in finding me a quiet room, at a time when the hotel was very full, and very busy. I really appreciated how much she cared and the effort she made..... and the room she found for me was indeed, very quiet, and that made all the difference.

Was surprised to see that the water bottles in the room are for those who are members of Hyatt regency. Man, I mean water. Water has been free in many hotels worldwide. Mere drinking water…. I am shocked!

We enjoyed that all shopping and dining is very close proximity to the hotel. I would change the management’s attitude when enforcing policy and not be so threatening and aggravated with customers.
