This hotel and hotel staff stood out from many of the hotels I've stayed for years. Very safe neighborhood, delicious food at thier restaurant, extremely quiet rooms, and by far exceptional service! A must stay when in Vancouver and central walking distance to many POI. Thank you so much!!

We stayed for two nights. The suite was roomy, clean and well-appointed. The hotel is in a central location. Breakfast is extra, but it is well worth it. The food was delicious and the extra cost you pay is more than reasonable.

Really great hotel. Tiny little things for feedback. Plug in the bathroom sink doesn’t work. TV in sitting room - remote not sync’ing with TV Dining room - When the staff clean a table they wipe all the crumbs onto the floor which doesn’t look great. If they had a small dustpan or similar to wipe the crumbs etc into that would look better! Train staff to walk around the table to the person so they don’t reach right across the table to fill glasses. Really great stay. Thank you.

Super staff and service! Excellent location close to Pacific Centre shopping, metro stations, art galleries and museums within 2-3 blocks. 3-4 blocks to seawall walking /bike trails along ocean and Canada Place/Convention Centre. Very good restaurant, Alouette, at hotel. Perfect valet service for parking. I must emphasize the extremely professional and service-oriented staff in this hotel. The best I've experienced at any west coast hotel in many years of coming to BC, which can often be a bit too relaxed and sloppy. Not here. Staff was superb. And the value for price is great given Vancouver's inflated hotel prices. Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay. It was a short walk away from the light rail station, and close to the convention center. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would look forward to staying here again.

Love this hotel, go for a girls trip and stayed the last 2 years here. Great place to stay, lots of places walkable around, lots of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel was lovely. Very clean a great French restaurant and wonderful staff. The price we were quoted and reserved was not what they charged us. In fact we had to have them adjust it twice and there’s still issues with VISA because they processed it without showing us the final bill. They originally over charged $100 then only credited $53 instead of our guaranteed fee.

I really like the hotel but the AC unit was really loud, especially when it clicked on. Staff were absolute 5 Star, Corbin. I'd stay there again but it's weird to have turn the air off before going to bed.

No maintenance for broken shower which they compensated with free breakfast for two but charged for the third plate we ordered and charged that plate to almost the same price as if we were to add breakfast for two at the time of booking the room. Feeling a bit tricked

We felt at home during our stay. They are all so welcoming and goe above and beyond with their service, especially Ivy from the front desk and Katy. Katy is stationed at the 6th floor. She always greet us every morning with a smile and made sure we always have what we need. The in-house restaurant, Alouette, has good foods and their staff were also so warm. Excellent stay overall.

From A to Z everything was very good . Front desk was very pleasant. We had two days breakfast and breakfast was good. Staff very nice specially valet parking attendants. Good location close to sightseeing places.

The lobby, room and attached restaurant were clean and decorated very nicely. Security guard and restaurant staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had notified the hotel that we would be arriving much later than expected due to transportation. Upon arrival, the security guard let us in but there was no one at the front desk. A couple employees were in the back but did not even come to speak to us despite the guard letting them know we were there to check in. Finally after 10 minutes, the guard came and apologetically told us the front desk clerk was on break and would be back in 15 minutes. So we sat in the lobby for a total of 30 minutes at 1230 AM waiting to check in. I thought this was very unprofessional as it would have taken her 5 minutes total to get us checked in. There are only 2 elevators, which both are very slow. The surrounding area is less than desirable. Right next door is a gentleman's lounge which when we arrived had lots of guys hanging out on the front sidewalk. Also lots of homelessness in the area including in front of the hotel. There were a couple people right outside the entrance who were clearly under the influence of drugs.

Didn't received room upgrade being platinum expedia member. Couldn't sleep all night due to homeless people fighting by the hotel and yelling all night
