Bugs at room. Changed room 4 times. Because each room have bugs find out. AC not working. Hotel offer me 3000 for points.but thats $20 later I found out. Still didnt get points. (hotels.com offer me refund 1night. But i want to know what hotel offer me. But I should take hotels.com offer….i figured that) Hotel front desk people looking at me lier. I feel really bad bad bad.

Greta hotel and very nice staff in housekeeping and engineering. The only thing we wish the air conditioner was colder for room on the 8,9, and 10th floors. It seems to work better on the lower floors. But it’s a fun hotel with a great location!

The only thing that I can say is they do not Give you thick blankets. Luckily, that I brought my own. And also breakfast is not including in the price and it’s a pricey $15 per person on top of the price of the room. But overall, it was a good stay.

We had 2 rooms and 1 floor was wet. We complained, they said they would switch it out the next day and it never happened. There also was confusion on my reservation cost. I’m sure my total price will be correct however, I’m not so sure about the deposit holds that put a strain on our spring break trip. Should’ve went to Dadeland Hilton like we usually do but we chose to change because of the distance to our events. Also, it may be my fault but the picture for the room we reserved had a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed, I didn’t complain because I didn’t verify it was in writing vs just going off a picture

The lady manager that ran the front desk on March 25th was extremely rude. Not only at the desk but over the phone as well.

The hotel attempted to double charge my credit card. The rooms were moldy and bathrooms horrible. It was a moldy smell in both rooms with dirty sheets and wet stained carpet.

There was a hole in the wall, shower handle leaked water all over the floors while on, flooding the bathroom, then wouldn’t fully turn off. ton of Light switches when u walked in the room that didn’t turn anything on?? Dirty bathtub stained and nasty stuff down the drain u could see. Windows screwed shut.. trap house style. Crazy dude standing out front and the security didn’t care. Dude at the front was nice at least.

Public bathrooms horrible. Staff numb but provided service when asked. Wifi terribly slow and disconnected constantly. Dinner meal gave my roommate an upset stomach the entire second day. Parking lot has trash all over. Breakfast Buffet was good.

Defiantly needs a remodel. Staff was friendly. Lobby is really nice but the rooms themselves need a major update. Also when someone closes the door the whole room shakes that was concerning. The balcony door was very hard to open and close and is pretty small for the price, but the view was nice.

It was the worst hotel in Miami. Check in was a joke! Not helpful to the guests. The room was disgusting! I had to fix my own toilet! My co- worker was given a room key to the wrong room 4 times — walking into a room with luggage already in it. Then when he finally got to his own room his toilet did not work! The carpet was so stained it was gross. My bathtub was rusted. The air conditioner (in both rooms were a joke, not cold at all) We left this hotel about 20 minutes after we checked in. They are awful! Don’t ever, ever stay at this hotel. We so far have only received 1\2 our money back as the hotel is not fully refunding. We need full refund!

A lot of construction going on all around the hotel right now. A bit of an inconvenience trying to get to the hotel at night. Closed highway roads and closed exits. The hotel itself was great. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotels overall seemed well maintained. Check in was easy and staff was courteous. A great place to stay.

The bathroom is dated and the paint was peeling off the tub. My reservation was for a King size bed, at checkin, I was told that only two double beds were available

Property needs major upgrades to the rooms and bathroom. The check-in counters also need to be upgraded. They try to keep it clean by washing the rugs and what not but the bathrooms are like 15 years plus old. I didn’t feel clean after shower. Also, the linen isn’t new and is highly used and not clean. It’s not bad for the price if your getting it less than $105 a night anything more your better off somewhere else.

They were the two worst days I have spent in a hotel, right next door they were demolishing a concrete column and it was two nights of constant noise impossible to sleep, I have a baby and this noise woke her up constantly, in addition this generated an absurdly high level of dust, my car woke up white from so much dust and this dust generated allergies to my baby, in short it was not two nights of tranquility as I wanted rather insomnio and noise

Credit card i checked in with was put on hold n upon checkout couldn't get assistance ended up havin to use another card n funds still on hold by hotel .have to wait a week for return poor communication n rude receptionist

There were little and all over the bathroom. The key card scanner to get back into the hotel from the pool was broken. When we used the emergency phone to have someone come open the door they hung up the phone. The cleaning woman Carmen was the only bright side, she was really sweet and did the best she could. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and the snack machines took no change and didn't give change back, so the soda was marked at $1.25 but you ended up paying $2. The worker in the gift shop was rude and had friendliness. I would not stay there again.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at our tub toilet and sink backed up literally couldn’t flush the toilet for almost 48 hours we had to call multiple days before some one would come fix it and they never did fix the sink, we asked for extra towels had to call multiple days for the that I asked for extra blankets because our room was freezing staff was so rude! Rooms have no heat told me he would bring in 10 mins he never did. Gave us rooms keys that didn’t work rooms were not cleaned good covers were dingy this was overall a horrible experience I would never book here again

First, they gave me the wrong room although I paid for a pool view. Then they tried to give me free breakfast to accommodate it. The breakfast was nasty , i couldn’t eat it & it had flies around it. After, they gave me a new room but the bathroom wasn’t clean & I had to wait 24 hours until someone cleaned it. For that they told me that was going give me money back from one of the nights but the other manager said she didn’t know what I was talking about it and don’t see anything in the system. My overall rating of everything it 6/10.

There were a lot of people including us, trying to check into our room. The hotel is kept very cold. There are decent amenities, but the place needs some updating as everything seems to be a little worn. Having said that, given the price we had a nice stay. Would stay again. Staff was friendly. Comfortable beds
