The room was clean and had been updated, especially the bathroom area. Overall, the hotel is a little dated but the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Stayed for lunar new year celebrations. When it came to the room 419 the floor was so uneven the rolling chair would travel across the room the TV was beyond outdated and too small for the room the remote didn't work. The bathroom door hit the curtain rod for the shower. The nicest thing was the quartz countertops everything else needs updated

Very satisfied with how clean the rooms were. It was spotless in the room and bathroom. Dove soap was also nice. Front desk was nice and fast. Bed was comfortable. Only downside is you can hear people walking in hallways. Overall, good for the price, but not the best.

I got a dirt and badly smell by the restroom in the first room on second four “217 or 219”then they changed to another room “216” but those are the same problems. I call and ask them to come in the room check that problem because I don’t want them tell me is difficult person but the front desk was indecorous at me. Unprofessional service

Room 324, AC is noisy, sliding door to balcony open gap not completely sealed. No safe lock box to store stuff. Noisy people talk and run 1 am and woke me up

Everything was great (service, convenience, location, and availability and expedience). The bedsheets should be changed and replaced after some wear and tear or if they are stained heavily though.

Great location, General Manager Tram is excellent in customer service, this hotel is doing daily room service which is a plus compare to other hotels. I also like those soap, shampoo...dispensers in the bath tub.

I stayed there 3 nights on the weekend, our family can’t sleep because of the music from the club at the fist floor, it’s very loud until 2:00 am in the morning.

This property is completely filthy and my client would not stay at the hotel. They went down the street to a different hotel which was less expensive and much nicer. I think I deserve a refund. Expedia should not be promoting this location.
