There was dust and dirt on the headboards. The bathroom tub had hair and not clean. The toilet paper holder was broken and would not hold toilet paper. The sick was backing up. The air conditioner has thick dust on it I was given a garbage bag to hold the ice.

Here for work. Huge lot to park the truck and trailor. Many food options. Bed was comfy and clean. I’d stay here again.

Very clean, Front Desk very pleasant and attentive. Home made cookies at front desk upon late arrival. Restaurant breakfast was just ok for being a bit overpriced. All and all , nice establishment and would definitely recommend.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, with daily housekeeping, and quiet. The hotel supplies large pump bottles of Dove products: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, and bottles of Dove hand wash and body lotion by the sink. A small bar of Dove soap is also supplied.

Nice/fancy hotel. Usually pretty busy/packed. There's a nice little restaurant and lounge, TJ's, on the first floor that I've eaten at numerous times, even when I wasn't staying there. Complaints: parking can be a bit of a pain, but there's certainly plenty of it. Handicapped-accessible rooms are usually WAAAYYYYY at the end of the hall, which seems kind of strange. Overall a good experience, however.

The bathroom was unclean. No bathroom cup, only one hand towel for two people for two days. No laundry bag. Out of coffee at 8 a.m. in the morning and restaurant closed so no breakfast and we were charged 48.00 for two mornings. A little disheartening

The room type we reserved (and paid extra for) was not given to us. When we showed them our reservation they said it was because we booked through a third party and you "don't always get what you want". Overall, the front desk staff were very unfriendly

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a good experience. Our only issue was we only had two towels in our room which wasn’t even enough for the number of people we had and every time we asked for more we were told they were out and being washed. I understand it was a crazy busy weekend and I’m guessing they were booked full but two towels for 3 people for an entire weekend just wasn’t cutting it.

Nice hotel, nice restaurant and pool, had to get towels from desk as only one towel in room. Only real issue, it was a little louder then most hotels - both hallway and outside noise. I could hear everything from the room next door and their bathroom. I turned up a sound machine and was ok for sleep, but noise sensitive people may want to prepare.

Our guests complained that their room was cold, they were unable to correct the problem by changing the thermostat, and they could not get help from the staff.

The elevators barely worked, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room wasn't clean and the hot tub was not usable because it was scorching hot. The hotel was in a convenient location.

We went so the kids can relax as well as us adults. 2 other families toom over the pool. Drinking, eating, surrounding the hot tub. No one else could go in. The adults not careing what their kids were doing and whatnot. Plus the hot tub was cloudy and looked green and was so hot that you couldnt even step in it. Most horrible stay and not worth the money

Front desk staff were super friendly and professional. Our room was really nice and our late check out request was accommodated and very much appreciated as my friend and I were particpating in the Youngstown Half Marathon. Only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room.

One overnight, while travelling from Wisconsin. Very clean and comfortable. Great night's sleep. Glad to find it had a restaurant and bar. Cathy the bartender was fantastic, what a lovely lady. She looked after us very well with both her suggestions and service.

The pool was closed but looked nice from the outside. T.J.’s restaurant was incredible! So inexpensive and such fast service. We loved having Carmen as our waitress every time we ate a meal there. The front desk staff was also very helpful! The temperature control was great in our room. We will be back soon! Thank you Holiday Inn!

There was no breakfast offered, no pool ofered and the pool we seen with the hot tub was Green And it was to be Open. The bed's were very hard and uncomfortable.

The place is shabby and unkept; the property a mess and the staff somewhat coarse and ambivalent (with exceptions)…I can not recommend and will not stay there again.
