Nothing the room stinks and the carpet it is dirty the TV don't work breakfast it is a joke, in one word the hotel it is not good

I won’t be staying there anymore

Not much

The front desk followed us to the room with towels (that was already in the room) was just creepy. And housekeeping banding on the door at 10:14am for us to leave

the location was great and the staff was friendly

the staff was very rude. we got the room cause our power was out. got into the room the toilet was clogged and full the top was off the tank there was nothing in the tank toilet didn’t work tv didn’t work and air or heat didn’t work. went stright downstairs and told them we weren’t staying and wanted a refund she said it would be refunded and it still hasent that was Saturday the 1st it is now Thursday the 6th. took pictures of how the room was

Being woken up by a false emergency alarm at 1am. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone around you. It's so small the bathroom had used toiletries left in it for us to use.

It was entirely horrible! Will never go back!

Nothing! It was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced

Room was NOT cleaned, food on floor, on tables, toilet was not bolted down and rocked when you move so almost fell. Exhaust fan didn’t work, and when running the jacuzzi (which wasn’t cleaned either, HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF PRIOR TO USE), it set off smoke alarm causing the fire department to come. Not to mention NO BREAKFAST and no coffee or anything in the room. I’ve never been more disappointed in a hotel. It was so bad I want my money back. I overpaid for a horrible stay!!! And the area and mood was cold and empty. It looked like a complete ghost town and now I understand why!!

smelt like wet carpet covered n disiclin, indian man at the front acted like i was bothering him, weird characters coming in and out of hotel at all hrs. breakfast was a couple snacks in a bag. we had to go outside in the cold to pick up wifi..never will i be going back there or referring anyone

I guess I expected too much.

The breakfast was less than I expected. The closet doors were off and propped against the frame of closet. It was very loud late at night. I had to call a number to get help connecting to wifi. They never told me the password and didn't have it written down anywhere. I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes and he still couldn't help me! At check in I was never told check out time, while looking in the book for somewhere to order food late at night I seen it said check out was noon. At 10:45 am housekeeping walked into my room assuming I was gone and my key stopped working. Front desk was rude about me not being gone already even though the book was wrong. I had to walk back downstairs 3 times to get a key to get back into my room and even then it didn't work. I had to track down a housekeeper to let me into my room to rush to leave as front desk told me to. The house keeper on her phone on a personal call the entire time. She never said 1 word to me but did follow me to my room to let me in.

Room was dirty, uncomfortable, no cover on the fan in the bathroom, the hair dryer was missing.

Location was just where I needed to be. The shower was good. Good water.pressure and plenty of hot water. Probably because I think I was only one of about 10 people in the whole place.

Breakfast? Stale bagel or cereal with the milk coming from a gallon jug. Not very sanitary in this time.

Biggest mistake of my life.

The room was in disrepair and the towels were ripped, the bedding was stained. The floor has not been cleaned forever and had blood stains on it. It was like stepping in goo. Sketchy people also lurking around the place and leaving doors open . The breakfast was cold cereal or a bagel or mini muffin.

They charged me for a room my sister was not able to stay at. They lady would not check her in.

Customer service at the desk was not helpful and wouldn’t check my sister In to a room and then I got charged after the fact.

Fell short, stay somewhere else.

The location was good but that's about it.

The room was small, but we knew that ahead of time. Room had dirty towels, a tub faucet that wasn't working, no fridge, air was off at facility so it was hot, had to turn it on in room too so it was hot until the sub-par air started to make it manageable, breakfast consisted of mini blue berry muffins, plain bagels, frosted flakes, and a gallon of milk in a mini fridge, Apple juice maker didn't work, hotel worker told us the wrong room, was acting put off when I went to ask for more towels, and just gave off the I have something better to do than talk to you vibe. Hotel smelled like weed but what else is new now a days. I feel like I can't take my kids to any hotel now without feel of them getting a contact buzz 🙄.

If you want a nice hotel at a reasonable rate, go somewhere else.

Water pressure was good

It took three tries to find a room that was acceptable. Arrived at 4 PM, first was not ready, second the front door was broken, third was fair. Hotel was filthy, felt dingy and run down. Stayed there 5 years ago and it was good, not any more. Police are frequently responding to incidents and calls to this establishment. One of the towels was stained and unusable. TV had very few channels. Attempted to log into WIFI and when I was finally able to get on the signal was so weak it could not be used and our room was located center of the building.
