We loved the hotel. It was very comfortable. The only thing was that we going a container of Frosted Flakes under the chair. I hope this was an isolated event.

Overall staying at the resort was convenient for skiing on mountain. The resort itself was very fun with the skiing, coaster, and tubing. The room we were in had red/orange stains on the window curtain and the bathroom fan didn't function well. Hair driers are listed on the amenities for the rooms, we had to ask for one, and waited about an hour to receive one.

I am a 30-year local and this was the first time I have stayed as a guest. I was so impressed by the customer-service and the facility improvements ownership has made are top-notch. Small touches such as "grab and go" hot burritos, friendly servers and front-desk staff were as good as the local 5-star resorts. Fantastic in-town location and excellent for families with small kids who want to introduce their young ones to skiing for the first time without the cost and crowds of a large resort. The spa is super as well.

It's in the best spot if you are wanting to go Tubing, Skiing, Snowboarding or just want to ride the Gondola and take in the amazing view from it. Would stay every time. Food at the restaurant was amazing also.

This location is the epitome of a ski resort! I do wish the restaurant at the location had more food options on the menu. But I love the entire staff everyone always said something to me when they saw me, very attentive! We will sure be coming back!

It was a great cute hotel, we went during a ski competition unknowingly so there were kids running everywhere at all hours.

Really disappointing experience. Hotel staff and overall organization of the hotel is just poor. Hotel is cold and drafty on the 1st and 2nd floor. The heating in my room was not working properly, and after calling three times about it (being told they were sending someone to look at it), I gave up and spent two nights with my coat on inside the room. The rooms on the 1st floor (110-115) have poor noise insulation, so be warned you will hear the door to the parking lot slamming ALL day and night. Food in the attached restaurant is poor, and the service is just awful. I received a VIP expedia coupon for drinks in the restaurant. When I presented it to the server, they did not even know what it was. Food was poorly cooked and often cold after two minutes. This could be a great place to stay--it does have a great spa and it is right next door to skiing--but it is so poorly run, it completely detracts from being able to enjoy the place.

Snow King is a nice resort, family friend and very conveniently located against the ski slope. We made good use of the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant/bar in Snow King is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Thanks, Snow King!

Overall a great stay, when we got there we complained about the state of the bathtub (see photo). Not a big deal but for almost $400 a night we thought the bathtub at least should look nice. Service was great and location perfect.

The hotel room was clean, bright, and white. There was adequate lighting and USB ports. The beds were comfortable. The pool was under construction, so cannot comment. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working. The outdoor nighttime ambiance was nice with the firepits. I was told there would be smores, but we must have missed that.

I had to wait quite a bit for the employee at the front desk to figure out how to reassign me to a more quiet location in the hotel (we did not want to be next to the elevator, which is where we were put originally), but a supervisor was able to help out and we had a nice, quiet, clean, spacious room in the end. Free coffee and tea was set out by 6 a.m., which was nice! We would stay there again if in the area.

Enjoyed our stay but be aware of a large resort fee tacked on for amenities that should already be included like on-site parking when we arrived. Why is this not included in the Expedia price? I probably would have booked elsewhere for the extra costs.

We rented a condo and it was very nice and large. If you have 4 ppl like we did then you should bring an air mattress because the pull out sofa bed is not comfortable for 2. Great spot. Love Jackson!

Our experience at this hotel was horrible. There were dogs barking and the ice machine utilized at all hours of the day and night right next to our room. The Spa was a fraud. We paid for an all-inclusive spa experience, but all of the amenities were broken and the manager refused to provide a refund and was very rude.

Unbeatable location with beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff. Haydens Post restaurant has a nice menu and friendly staff. Lots of activities for kids and adults onsite.

Have been staying here as my go to place ever since I have started my every 1-2 year routines to Jackson Hole for 20 years. Love the location, and convenient. I use the condos at Snow King and they are always nice, but things have not been updated too much during the time I have stayed here, but they are nice and clean and have amenities, such as a washer and dryer, which helps a lot. I would still stay here due to familiarity as well as location.

Not worth what you’ll pay for it! Booked early, asked for a king room and selected a certain view and ended up looking right into the parking lot.
