Connectivity to charge electronics was poor in the room, and very few receptacles. The second day we were there the maid service skipped our room. The full breakfast could have been changed up a bit each day, and the in hotel restaurant was exclusively Thai food, which is good, but a restaurant with more variety would have been better.

Nice hotel just a little dated but very clean. They are currently doing renovations to update. Wonderful hot breakfast!! Probably the best free breakfast we’ve had at a hotel.

Check in took 1.5 hours, cleaning guy was at the front desk for after 11 checkin, he had no idea how to use a computer. Normal desk guy was asleep in one of the rooms, or so i could figure out. They finally found him and i checked in, after telling him i was not impressed he basically said too bad. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Pool was closed, nothing on their website. Hallway walls looked like they were flooded so they made an attempt to slap some boards over them. Toilet was pushed so far back and under a counter, if you were sitting, you HAD to lean way forward. I will say tho, the Thai restaurant was money!!!!

Check-in is very slow. There was only 2 guests in front of me and I wait for 30 minutes. My check-in took more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why! The concierge found the reservation from Expedia right away and still was very slow to get the keys. Try to arrive early if you have an appointment.

When we arrived there, they informed us that they had no available room, even though we had made reservations. However, the staff member tried to find a solution for us, but with certain conditions. Eventually, they changed my room three times in five days due to overbooking. Unfortunately, the last room they provided was located next to a mechanical room with lots noise, the last night I did not even go there, I went to my friends house

Room was in need of a good clean. Blackout curtains were falling off. Hot water in bathroom sink didn’t work and cold water came out like Niagara Falls. Patch work (putty) on the walls. Free breakfast edible. Thai restaurant good but pricey.

Water fossets needs to be changed , I burned myself trying to shut the water off .. couldn’t plug anything in the bathroom electricity didn’t work ..

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice. Free parking was great. Room had a mini fridge. However, the bathroom was a bit outdated, and the room had an old, but clean carpet. Too bad they haven’t updated to the laminate floors. In all, I would stay there again.

bathroom floor was not clean, and support/box spring on one side of a box spring or mattress support was broken. Hotel was also selected for use of it's pool, and the pool was in a "period of maintenance".

I couldn't close the bathroom door, the door had issue, the drain in the bath tab was blocked and wasn't clean, for the next day was no service in my room, there was breakfast without tea.

The hotel is decent and the staffs are very friendly and professional. The rooms just need some repairs though, for example the towel hanger was broken and wasn’t repaired before allowing guests stay in the room.

It's very good hotel. very comfortable bed and very clean. We had very nice stay. We arrived early like 9:30 am and the hotel staff let us checked in early. Very nice and friendly staff. Will come back again. highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I stay at this hotel when I visit my sisters who live in the area. In reality, there are only two decent hotels to choose from. We have never really had a problem here before. This time was a bit frustrating. Check-in went smoothly and the young desk clerk was friendly and professional. Our problems began when we entered our room. The following items may seem trivial, however when paying $135.00 per night, we should not have experienced any real problems. The light beside my wife's side of the bed did not work, (not just the light bulb burnt out), the two lights on the wall were broken with on of them hanging by the wire, the plug in the bathroom sink did not work and the water in the bath would come out of the shower and tub at the same time and could not be fixed with the pull knob. We asked to change rooms and the next two I checked before I accepted them and both were missing plugs in the sink. Finally, our fourth room was in order. When I told the desk clerk that there was no reason for the faults in the rooms, all she answered was that the cleaning ladies don't check everything, (how they miss seeing plugs in the bathroom sink when they clean them is beyond me). Maintenance is obviously highly lacking. For good points, the free breakfast was excellent. Many choices to choose from and everything was very fresh. Coffee was excellent. The bed and pillows were both comfortable. There is a Keurig machine in the room with coffee and tea.
