Holiday Inn St-Jean-sur-Richelieu Congrès by IHG

The hotel met all of my requirements, the room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The Thai restaurant in the hotel was convenient. The staff was welcoming, friendly and patient with my limited French. The entire staff did speak English and French.

When we first arrived, we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a conference room which was noisy until around 9.30pm, we approached the desk about the disturbance, and they switched us to another room, probably not a good thing to have these sorts of facilities next to or adjacent to rooms where people could be sleeping or relaxing! Also, anyone getting a room on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot will be looking at an ugly roof and a wall 20' away from the window, our widow was very dirty to.

They were not able to accommodate me with a bath tub and they're website didn't specify which rooms had tubs and which did not.
