The cleanliness of the hotel was good and beds very comfortable. Sheets and pillows soft and great quality.
I booked 2 rooms well in advance and was given rooms on the first floor beside the laundry room so it was noisy in the morning and hallway cluttered with cleaning staff carts.
The breakfast was included; basic hot buffet items cafeteria style, but only paper plates and flimsy plastic cutlery available. Coffee HORRIBLE (more like dirty water). Towels in room are thin, small and VERY poor quality.

Noise from the highway , room smelled a little stuffy, bathroom is functional but dated, sink too high for kids

Check-in staff and valet were welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were cramped. The air conditioner didn't function properly.

The floors were new and the pool was perfect
The fact that when I reserved it says fees might apply for my pet but when I pet i had no extra fees but surprise when I got to the hotel they told me that it was 30$ for my dog. They should have specified that when reserving
