Had a person with me in a wheelchair and blind. Person at the front desk was upset we parked by the door while I got her to the room. When I came to move it, he confronted me and and gave me a really hard time, zero empathy. This at 1:30 AM with no one around while I was trying to move the vehicle—pointless conversation to berate me. I was trying to move the car. They never offered to help with the wheelchair or luggage. They also coded the room key wrong, so had to return again for new keys. AC in the room was broken, roasted all night. Empty vending machines, no bottled water in the room or machines. Room had dirty, gross bathtub and all around grubby.

Gross outdated old hotel that is way to much money for what it is. Hot tub water was pee yellow and slimey. Pool wasn’t much better. Smelled like old cigarettes.
Only stay if you have to. Glad I wasn’t here for more than 8 hours

The room and hotel are filthy dirty, wallpaper pealing,, dirt on walls, mold and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Worn out furniture, cigarette butts all over outside, terrible landscaping...a total mess, beds are lumpy!!! We didn't sleep all night!! We will never stay there again.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. As good as sleeping on the floor

No one was helpful. Everyone seems so confused and like they had no idea what was going on. I asked for housekeeping, he said we’re busy prepping for 50 people checking in, I thought a hotel is supposed to have capacity to care for all rooms? Asked them to bring towels up, they said they have no staff and to come grab it! There was not enough people working and the ones that were didn’t know what to do! Also, had to wait for an elevator for almost 15 mins, it just kept skipping my floor so I would have to repress the button! Terrible hotel.

All was fine except breakfast could be better. Provide some sugar free options for diabetic travellers. The snack were far too high in sugar. Had to go elsewhere.

Very basic, hot tub didn’t look particularly clean, pool temperature quite cold. The room, TV, air quality quite mediocre, wouldn’t recommend more than a couple of nights.

For airport hotel, no shuttle service from airport, so add minimum $40 to cost of hotel night for cab rides. Very run down hotel. Strong smell of cigarette smoke on no smoking floor.

The room was comfortable enough, but the hotel overall appears to suffer from benign neglect. The hallways are grimy and the building exterior has seen better days. Service was fine and the elevator is surprisingly fast!

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for the night near the airport, then this one works. It is a bit run down, beds need to be upgraded, and the hallways smell of old stale cigarettes. It’s serviceable for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend more.

Price was right. The toilette had dry pee on it when I entered the room. Customer service was friendly.

Don’t be fooled by the photos on Expedia like we were. The room we thought we booked was nothing like what we were provided. This is a run down hotel with a lot of “long term renters” using it as low cost housing.
The bed spreads in our room were stained and we needed to remove them right away. We also needed extra pillows since we were only provided a couple well used flat pillows.
While I was looking for the ice machine I found the smoking floor directly under our floor which was completely overpowering and the source of the smell throughout our room.
Our room was so small you couldn’t get past the desk with the chair in place as it was right up against the bed.
Save yourself the disappointment and pay the extra $50 to stay at a nicer hotel.

The place is beat-up and worn. Rooms are in bad condition. The mattresses were horrible!!! You can feel the end of each spring jabbing you in the back.

This was a place to go for a very short stay. It's a clean bed for a night or 2. I was there for 1 night so, I did not have time to explore the area well enough. It was close to the airport which was my priority when booking

Hotel was dirty, offered no services, badly lit and old. Sheets were thin and room was cold, light in bathroom did not work properly and bathroom was visibly unclean. Staff tried to be helpful, but hotel was understaffed and they were overrun. Would not stay again.

Easy place to stay when my flight was cancelled at YVR and I needed a place to stay. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Check in took a very long time and the building itself is quite dated. Areas smell of smoke. Old, worn, dirty carpet. The price is so so but I was expecting a bit cleaner and nicer of a hotel.

Do NOT EVER stay at this hotel. This was an emergency stay due to flight cancellation, but there was limited choice at 11pm. Regretted instantly when I saw the outside of the hotel, then the inside and especially when I saw the room. Ripped carpet, window valance, peeling wallpaper, mould in the bathroom. I could go on but you get the idea.

Hotel advertises and sells "queen beds" but they're only old double beds. Pretty run down. Misleading marketing!

It was a very close drive to the airport. Plus, Tim Hortons was close to it and a grocery store if you wanted something quick to eat.
