There is no much issues staying at property but I suggest to renovate the property as all devices and fittings are old

It’s winter and the blanket provided was very thin and the heat did not work in the room so it was very cold

It was terrible, I’ve been traveling for 45 years, it was worst hotel I have ever been in and will never go back .

Good location, helpful staff, but the hotel needs renovations STAT!

Very central location, close to the airport and other amenities. Staff were very accommodating and helpful in sorting out an issue with my booking.

The hotel is very dated. It’s like stepping into a Time Machine and going back 60 years. There is very noticeable wear and tear on many things in the lobby, elevators and the room itself. Also, the water pressure in the shower is pretty much nonexistent. I had to stand directly under the shower head to shower properly.

Clean, comfortable and very closer the airport

Checked out at 6:30 am but breakfast only began at 7 am. Hotel was close to the Train station therefore that was a bonus, will book again that’s for sure.

Poor value for the money.

It was extremely expensive for a hotel that needs serious updating. The carpet under the air conditioner was wet and there was someone else's leftover pizza in the fridge.

a very poor value for the money

room was clean and comfortable

No airport shuttle service. Stood in line half an hour for a taxi which cost $20 for a ride to the airport Travel Lodge. Stood in line another half an hour to check in to my room. Clerks were VERY SLOW. "Breakfast" was grab and go. Paid another $20 for a taxi to get back to the airport. Very poor value. $249 for a 12 hour layover stay plus $40 for round trip taxi fare to the airport Travel Lodge.

Pool & hot tub were dirty. TV in the room didn’t work which wouldn’t be a huge deal but we had a toddler with us and a clean pool and working tv are a huge must in keeping him entertained in a hotel

ok for beeing in transit, A place you forget the moment you leave it….

Within close range to the airport. check! Even with the train and some walking (a Europan speaking used to walk) easy and safe to reach. A place to get some sleep beeing jetlagged from an 11 h flight? check! spacious room, comfortable bed. Everything a bit run down but fine for beeing in transit. View from the room? check! if you happen to be in a higher floor and with the right direktion, great. Airport vicinity means obviosly airtraffic.

Welcoming entrance? well, not really. Loud, run down lobby, counter tucked in a corner. Checkin feels like a border control. Nice breakfast? Not at all! You are handed a brown bag with an apple, a muffin and a cerial bar, a small juice and a small water. The coffeemaker in the room can drip some luke warm water over a coffee pad. The result is something brown. A tea (one bag provided) out of the same thing would taste like coffee water.

I would like a refund as i could not sleep and I now must deal with a bed bug infestation at home.

Bed bugs plus a frightening episode at 3am by a man pounding on a neighbours door.

the property is filthy wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

the rooms I got were smoking and I was staying with my family with two children. they charged me 250 for a night and denied me check in because I myself was not present during the check in. staff was very rude and the rooms were very dirty

Disappointing

closeness to airport and very friendly polite staff

very shabby and dated for the price. Hotel so held a deposit and haven’t received it back after 5 days. Other hotels we’ve stayed at this holiday have returned deposit immediately. very disappointed in the service

Never stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham @ Vancouver

Very poor upkeep.. Rooms smelling , carpets damaged, bed sheets and curtains not cleaned for ages. Dead insects in the room. Very rude and impolite staff. This Hotel should be blacklisted by booking.com...have seen very poor comments

The hallways and room smelled old, not fresh. The A/C rattled all night No drinking water was provided. The front desk staff did give us two bottles when I asked. We feel water should be available to all guests in their rooms .

The room was clean and comfortable

An extra $100 deposit was required Unable to reach the front desk for missing things after 9:00 pm Only 2 in one shampoo/conditioner. No airport shuttle. $10 a day parking.

Not worth what they charge!

The location is central and easily accessible. Very easy to get to sky train, has ample parking, and is close to food and light shopping.

The beds are incredibly rock hard and uncomfortable. The rooms and the whole building is outdated and looks like a lot of things are broken or require repair or replacing. The elevator is a little bit sketchy and doesn’t seem to run as smoothly as it could.

OK stay

Great location and close to the airport and the Tsawassen Ferry. We did get a nice continental bag breakfast.

Spa jets did not work and the water was not very hot and therefore the water was not as clean as it could have been. Bed mattress was of poor quality. It is an older low-cost hotel and you get what you pay for. Airport shuttle was discontinued. Some lights do not work. Overall cleanliness could be better. Not everything works as nit should.
