The bedroom is large and the location is quiet.
The bathroom is not good. There is no counter space, and not even space around the sink to put something down (like a contact lens case). The bath mat (for drying feet after showering) was disgusting. I used the available paper towels instead to stand on. However, the bathroom otherwise was clean, and the shower itself was clean.

Big room.
That is empty house that is used for room rental (like AirBnB). You do not meet anyone - checking is self managed.
House was not clean as you would expect for this money.
