Great location, easy to get to using skytrain, I did not use the courtesy shuttle as I had to do something prior to going to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Good location, nice park at the back and close to the mall.
Fairly quiet hotel with a small area for breakfast.
Nice staff and we had a late checkout.
The shuttle didn’t run the evening we arrived and we had to get a taxi after waiting in the cold. Apparently there was a traffic accident, however, the neighbouring hotel shuttles were working ok.
