Proximity to a train station and bus interchange…Airport shuttle (free of charge)…providing baggage in a room, till such time we get the check-in…neat and clean…spacious room…. Friendly and responsive staff.

Location is convenient to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle. The staff is friendly.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Very crowded, and very few items to select. The facility, esp the lobby area,, is run down.
