Nice and clean, friendly staff, nice location

Stayed 1 night and had a good experience overall. Two-bedroom suite, perfect for families. Free parking. Excellent location—close to the waterfront and Steveston Harbour. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store just across the street. Friendly check-in staff. Great breakfast.
No elevator, so plan ahead to bring the stuff you might need.
At check-in, I had to mention twice that my booking included complimentary breakfast before it was acknowledged.
The breakfast itself was good, but the service could have been warmer. We initially thought we may have misunderstood the staff member, but a similar interaction later left the same impression.
