I had a hard day, long drive, and upon arrival the staff were friendly and said the hot tub was still open. They gave me a warm cookie which was so sweet and n my age me feel welcomed.

I asked for Non Smoking room when I booked … got here, first room I checked into obviously had a smoker prior to me, went and asked for another room non-smoking, desk guy was nice gave me another room, that room too was Smoke smelling … only here one night so I will deal with it … lights in room are dim … Days Inn corporate needs to renovate this hotel or raze it … would not stay here again

My experience was terrible , the hotel put a hold on 2 credit card after I paid and checked out. Brandon the manager, needs more training on his customer service. I will also be contacting BETTER BUSINESS Bureau. The practice is terrible. Brandon left me with a terrible impression of the Hotel

Two concerns overall. The DirecTV service was intermittent and cut out in the middle of Sunday night football. The continental breakfast was lacking. They usually have pastries. All they had was cereal and yogurt. The coffee had zero flavor.

First room checked into tv and microwave not working and weird smell, figured out fridge had leaked and there was mould underneath! Was assigned new room next day, but cause was out all day, back late and minimal housekeepers had to collect new key around midnight and no msg passed onto new staff - could have been interesting, plus new room didn't have fridge or microwave that we'd paid for for in original booking! Both staff we dealt with were kind, helpful and friendly. Have stayed there many times before but not sure if will stay again without assurance of a good room and appliances.

I had a question for the person in the front desk about my arrival a little earlier for my check in he was rude about it instead of just telling me a straight no also, my fridge had old Chinese food inside and they could use a nice clean up all the cobwebs all over the building

I always stay here when I go to Point Reyes Beach. Mainly because of the Beautiful Garden and Pool. I had some electrical issues with fridge and microwave but other that All good. Definitely be back

King size bed was extremely uncomfortable and someone upstairs dumped coke all over our new car. TV didn’t work and maintenance guy was off the day we were there. Ended up unplugging everything and then it started working. Front desk was very nice and friendly.
