The tub is plugged which means the water tries to go down the drain but can’t and gets pushed back into the tub so you’re trying to shower and get clean and the water is pooling at your feet after mixing with years of clogged hair. It’s actually revolting and I am very disappointed and disgusted

i was standing infront of the receptionist waiting to check in ,3 of them available to assist but nobody even ask me how they can help, no greetings, like i didnt exist so i need to step in. They are not friendly.

Property is fine but some of the staff were rude. The person responsible to take room numbers and names before entering breakfast area was extremely rude. I told him my room number and name, but he did not trust me and loudly asked other staff "do you know this person?" I told him that I have been here for 4 days and breakfasts , he again went to other buffet area staff and loudly asked them "have you seen these guys before here?" Late I went to morning manager at front desk and complained.

The room is of a good size and clean, the bed is comfortable. The room service food is excellent, generously portioned and reasonably priced.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Vancouver General Hospital. The staff wasn't terribly friendly. The hotel seems to need a bit of a refresh. And it was difficult to find someplace nice to dine.

Love the staff, I showed up way early at 7am since we needed to be at the hospital early, but they had a room ready that I could put my bags in and I was able to get my car parked. I was very impressed with the service and understanding of all staff. Thank you so much.

Pre paid for parking through Expedia $30 add on Vehicle didn’t fit in parking, had to pay $17.50 for parking a block away. Hotel said they couldn’t refund but to contact Expedia. Expedia said they didn’t have record or us pre paying for parking, the hotel does have it on their booking records. Expedia said there was no refund possible.
