My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It's a perfect place for anyone who appreciates Victorian style and historic charm. The furniture and decor were beautifully preserved — vintage throughout, yet everything was in excellent condition.
The room was spotless, the atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and the attention to detail made our stay especially enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, charming, and memorable place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

Historic, beautiful and unique place to stay to stay. Afternoon cookies, tea, and sherry was a delight. Breakfast was pretty good but they need two people handling it. Room had some maintenance issues like the drain was backing up. Bed was lumpy. View was just the alley. Short walk to Japantown and Fillmore district s all as transportation options. Unfortunately, we did not experience the ghost.
