Great location, good room, OK Shower. Staff were excellent, friendly, responsive. We had a small problem with the TV that they fixed and we were comped one night of parking which I did not expect, but really appreciated.
Shower could be better: better pressure and a handheld shower wand would be nice. But overall, not bad. Lots of room in the shower and plenty of hot water.

Location is perfect for music lovers: just steps to the symphony hall, the opera house and the Herbst Theater. Very quiet, too.
Rooms are spacious enough for one person, but perhaps a bit of a squeeze for two.
