Good location, clean room, clean sheets, good customer service, 2 long dressing mirrors
Shower door wouldn’t close all the way, making shower uncomfortable trying not to leak water everywhere. Only 2 glasses in the room, had to go buy disposable cups for rinsing mouths and drinks. Stains on bathroom shelf below mirror, made bathroom feel a little dirty.

This is a lovely hotel right near JapanTown with large rooms, nice amenities, an accommodating staff, parking and a Tesla charger. Everything we needed for a weekend away in San Francisco

Location-close to the Spanish consulate
The restaurant upstairs was nice. I just had tea there one evening but the waitstaff was attentive and the place was attractive
I did not think the property was a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at other 4 star hotels through Booking and this missed the mark.
It reminded me of a Hampton Inn. Clean but bare bones
