It's in the Tenderloin,but the area has improved since I lived there in my youth.
The location is great,if you are going to see a show at The Great American Music Hall.
No mini fridge or microwave.

Personal was very friendly and helpful. Free parking was a big plus. Security was very good despite the location.
Location was a bit sketchy. A lot of homeless people milling about and druggies shooting up around the perimeter.

The location was awful, homeless people everywhere. Tried to get a refund.
Booked for parking, not comfortable with parking across the street from a soup kitchen in the Tenderloin. Tried to get a refund, never checked in.
