Had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel at first, difficult to see. Once we knew where to go it was fine.
Check in was great. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We were only there for a night of rest before moving on to other destination. Price was reasonable for what we got.

Although this hotel was clean, this isn’t a hotel we will stay at again. “Housekeeping” didn’t empty trash, replenish toilet paper or coffee and did not replace linens. We had to ask for everything, after leaving a sign on our door requesting maid service, and the gentleman at the front desk was less than helpful. The rooms are tiny and overpriced for what you get. Pictures are very misleading.

Nice room, comfy bed and very nice jetted tub.
Downside very noisy in the morning with housekeeping and carts going back and forth on the walkway.

Quick and painless check in. Rooms are of a good size with large TV.
Pool area is quite large with plenty of chairs/beds.
Shower was functional, but not great, which would be my only criticism.
For the money paid, it was very good value.

The manager, Stephanie Aviles was simply wonderful. Very helpful, pleasant, personable. She is an asset to the company. Maid service was interesting. Received some clean towels, took the used wash cloth but on the used bath towel, made the bed, but did not replenish the coffee and cups. Just kind of hit or miss. The bed was very comfortable. The location, easy to get too. I would recommend this hotel. Wonderful area outside our room, of large pond, walking path.

I love this hotel, it's a hidden jewel in a very expensive area. The area around the hotel is great, parks, restaurants, freeway access. The only issue I had this trip; two nights in a row, someone banged on the door in the room next to me at 3-4 am. There seemed to be lots of coming and going at all hours of the night/morning. I'll be back.

This was our 3rd time we were visiting the Scottsdale area during Bike Week, and it was fabulous! The hotel, the pool area and the weight room, was a wonderful experience. I hope to see it all again next year!

Awesome little spot in Scottsdale. A few restaurants/bars in walking distance. Rooms are cozy (read Small) but bed is very comfortable, staff is super friendly, pool is great, and the hotel is right across the street from a park. Will definitely stay again!

Quick stay on overnight. Really wanted to go to the pool area and jacuzzi at night, but didn’t have the time. Cute place and great location. Would come back if in the area.

Location is great. Pool is amazing! Despite being “non smoking”, so many guests were smoking and nothing was done about it. Hotel staff managed to take one of our personal towels and replaced with towels that were not clean. Hotel guests were so loud at 2am.

Every time we visit family in AZ we stay here. It's always clean and comfortable. The prices have always been average or a little higher than other hotels. But I know what I'm going to get when I book a room. I wish they had a discount for frequent guests because we used to come visit several times a every year.

Everything was wonderful minus 2 things.
1. The water pressure in the shower was way too high, it was almost painful to stand under
2. The AC unit was right next to one of the beds and when it would turn on it would blow air directly onto the bed making it freezing.

The front desk service was excellent and they moved us to a better room for our last four nights. The first room was very shabby and needed some serious updating. The bed frame squeaked so bad that it woke us up when we rolled over. It had an adjoining room and the guests were talking until 1:00 am. Not noisily but we could still hear every word. We were very grateful that our second room was not adjoining, had been updated some and had a comfortable bed. The pool area makes up for the rooms. It was very nice, clean and well cared for. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect place for me and my husband to stay. It was close to the ballpark where the Chicago Cubs play pre-season baseball and it was close to Old Town Scottsdale. It was a comfortable place to stay with an easy check-in and check-out.

We arrived late in the evening, after our flight. As I was waiting to speak to the front desk, receptionist, I overheard a customer upset about them, not having the room that she had reserved months ago. So I was worried that they wouldn’t have our room, which was the same type of room as hers. After she finished with them, she moved on to me and quickly gave me the keys to our room no problem. Once we got to our room, we find that it only has one queen size bed, and not two as described on the deluxe room. Turns out we were given a room with one queen, and a sofa bed. We were so exhausted and decided not to complain, because it was late and we figured at that point that’s all they had available anyway.

Tuesday night after attending a night game my key card would not work. 3 times I walked back to the lobby only to finally was told of your system fault and had to be rebooted. Once I got in the room was not clean, no fresh towels, my tip $ was gone and the AC was turned off. The night attendant was supposed to make the manager aware. I left the next morning, a day early and I expect to be reimbursed for my Wednesday. I covered all of this with your Wednesday day desk person, so this should not be a surprise. I travel to phoenix a lot and I’m usually in scottsdale. The pool and in room jacuzzi was my reason for staying with your establishment. Seems you need to work out the other issues. I’m waiting to hear what you are going to do about my Wednesday reimbursement. After what happened with that cleaning situation, taking my tip money turning off the AC and doing nothing more was extremely upsetting.

3 Palms met our basic needs. Beds are very comfortable and shower was good. But, room was very small, closet was tiny and short with drawers underneath (drawers were a foot deep). No dresser to put clothes in. Front desk said they were open 24 hours but no answer when I called at 10:30 pm. Price was good and I didn't need anything lush so this was fine.

No WiFi- which was very important for my stay also the room phone was not working. The front desk service was unfriendly and unhelpful- when I complained about the internet and phone, they said a maintenance guy would come look at it but would not say when. Same answer when the internet remained out many hours later. In addition the room was not in great shape with worn furnishings and an outdated TV. I will never stay at this place ever again! I would like to get a partial refund as the lack of functioning internet was a major disruption to work I needed to complete.

After a long day I checked in at midnight and all I wanted was a good nights sleep. Got that but….. could not take a shower in the morning . The drain was not functional and the water handle fell off the wall. The manager was not helpful when I was checking out when I was checking out 10 the next morning. Said he couldn’t give me a discount for my troubles.

Practical and economical hotel well located in Scottsdale across the street from a nice long Park. Old fashioned design long row of rooms but clean and very functional. Not a place to go to impress anyone but great for solo travelers that are doing business there. Two good restaurants within walking distance gecko grill has an amazing waitress that can read your mind. There's a sports bar across on the other side of the park that also has great food and a place to relax. Definitely be my first pick on business travel and second choice for family travel.

We were very disappointed at the condition of the room. It did not look like the pictures at all. The room was in disarray. The curtains were broken and falling down. All of the woodwork was beat up and should be replaced. The sheets had stains all over them. The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. The room was small and felt claustrophobic. The shades and lightbulbs were also “yellow” which made the room feel gross and dingy. The door did not close very well, you could see light and feel air coming in from the bottom. Great place for bugs to come in. Clearly this establishment has not been well-maintained.
We had 3 nights booked and stayed only 1 and booked elsewhere. They were good about refunding our money. Would not stay here again. Very surprised by the other reviews. That’s why we picked it. For the price that we payed this should’ve been much better quality. Very disappointed.

This looked like a really cool place so we booked for an overnight before driving to Sedona. Due to flight delays, we got in extremely late and extremely exhausted only to find the adorable place actually looks like the Schitt’s Creek motel. It was so musty and dingy. There was a huge tub in the middle of the room on carpet. It made me itchy. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and left literally at the break of dawn. Terrible. Pictures are extremely deceiving; it’s a motel.

I did not stay the night at the hotel, because it was not safe for a female alone. The only room they had available was on the first floor next to the park. Someone could break into the window or door easily. The phone system was confusing and front desk did not answer the zero button. There was another way to contact front desk so I left because I did not feel safe. They refused to give me a refund even though it was spring training, season and likely they got a substitute for me And were completely full at night . Bad customer service.

The room was clean. The maintenance was lacking as the tub handle pulls off and the bedside outlets stopped working one night. The wall are thin as you can easily hear the room next to you and people walking by outside your room.

Do not stay at this property. Window was broken and wouldn’t lock. Not the greatest thing on the first floor. We attempted to get it closed but still didn’t feel comfortable at this point. Room is old very dated. Smells musty, moldy and looked like someone had been in it before us. Again not what you are looking for after traveling across the country. Was in the room five min. Went to office explained and they said to leave number and email and manager would call in morning. Nothing at all. This is unacceptable. Stand behind your property and run a respectable business with true photos. I need a full refund. I was at the property and had to book last min across town. Again after flying across country. Can’t imagine if I treated my customers this way. Stay away don’t believe fake reviews.

Older hotel that was recently renovated and is well cared for by the owners. Room was clean and in very good shape. Beds were comfortable. Wish the AC in the room had the option to turn the fan on all the time. Otherwise no other complaints.

Easy check in and check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Not necessarily a ton of extras or luxury but we weren't looking for that when we booked. We just wanted a clean, easy location to stay for a couple nights. This was perfect for our needs and budget. Thank you
