Our tv didn’t work and the sheets were very starchy

Never stayed out in Mill Valley so was extremely pleased at the ease of check in as well as the suite itself. The jetted tub was less than what I had hoped for but we made the most of it. Staff was friendly and property was very nice. Recommend this place for short stays & staycations’

NIce location, some restaurants and coffee shops nearby, convenient. Our room was a bit cold when we arrived, and the hot water was limited. Otherwise it was the right place at the right time for an overnight near Mill Valley.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly however, the Wi-Fi never worked during our two nights stay, and we were told that it hasn’t been working for a while. This was a problem since we had counted on working remotely, using Wi-Fi in our room. Also, the fitness center was closed and looked like it has been closed for a while.

In the process for going through renovations. No notice posted of renovation. My room had no telephone, nonworking TV and ants in the room. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi when online it was specifically listed that there would be free Wi-Fi.

near the water inlet, nice, but no sort of natural sound barrier next to hotel/freeway to help mitigate freeway noise such as mature trees, environmentally friendly walls & vegetation combo and so forth the room shower was very small and hot water did not get very hot and no option to adjust

This was definitely a low budget hotel. The internet didn’t work. The phone service was out and the TV reception was absent or poor. The staff advised us on arrival that the internet service was out. No compensation was offered. The room itself was very basic but quite run down.

The electrical for the microwave and refrigerators did not work - they ran an extension cord from the bathroom wall. The internet NEVER worked and the Xfinity membership they said I should buy ($20, and they didn't take it off my bill!) didn't work in my room. The evening clerk was not helpful. The only other rooms were upstairs and I had already brought everthing into the first room. They need to be honest about what they offer and make sure rooms actually function

Unfortunately, my room had a bit of an ant problem. But, other than that, the stay was pleasant. Staff friendly, parking a bit of a trick, but definitely worth the price and would stay again.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It appeared to have been recently painted. The bathroom was clean. There was no list of TV channels in the room, so it was difficult to watch TV.

Expensive for the budget hotel. Staff was helpful and quick, room appears clean, but sink leaks on floor, 2 lights don't work, no outlets to charge phones, and only 1 bath towel for a 2-bed room.

Not what I expected. More like a motel six. Carpet was disgusting. The some of the tv channels didn’t work. There was a drywall screw in the parking lot beside my car. At 8:30am housekeeping attempted to come in without knocking or alerting in any way. Luckily I has the deadbolt on. Very shocking. Again, not what I expected for over $200. Sincerely Ian

We had some trouble checking in but the lady at the desk was able to find our reservation after a while. The breakfast described in their ad and on their website was not provided. Otherwise the room was fine and the staff was friendly.
