It was a trip for a hockey game and they were more than accommodating by shuttling us to and from the game.

We had an overall excellent experience from the moment we checked in until we drove away after our stay. The staff was amazing! The hotel was clean and well kept. Only slight issue is that someone on our floor was very loud. Not the hotel's fault necessarily and I was too tired to make a fuss about it.

The hot tub was broken and i did not recieve notice of this before I checked in. I told the front desk about this and he had no idea how to resolve the issue, or how to fix the hot tub. Paid full price and recieved have the amenities. 1 star.

The hotel stay overall was pleasant. The property was well maintained and presentable. The only concern was the bathroom needed some remodeling. There were gaps in the ceiling near certain fixtures, more specifically in the shower, which was uncomfortable.

The price was good. Place was clean. ALL of the workers I came across were very friendly. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with a charming lady to greet us and grab beverages for us. Ive never had such good service at a free breakfast buffet.

I could not go my sewer system froze up so I spent $575 getting that fixed not the way I wanted my weekend to go

We wanted to eat at Peddlers but no staff showed up until after 3pm Saturday to open the restaurant. We also took the shuttle to the Excel Energy Center, we missed the first shuttle and it took over an hour for the driver to retun to pick up the rest of us

Good breakfast, breakfast attendamt was very attentive and polite, I wish i had caught her name! Room was decent and had a beautiful view of Saint Pauls cathedral!!!

The hot tub was out of order unfortunately, but the kids did enjoy the pool which was not crowd at all. The shuttle was a little uncomfortable with the amount of people that were packed in to get to the Wild game. We would have gladly waited for an additional shuttle run. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean. Overall I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated having a shuttle service to bring us to a concert we were attending. The bed was so-so. It seemed to have a slight dip in it, so it might be time to replace the mattress.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only thing that is off putting is the 15.00 a day parking charge but everything else is very nice and professional. Also great location.

Nice, clean hotel, convenient off freeway, greatly appreciated their friendly, convenient shuttle service for event we attended at XCel. Would have appreciated a free continental breakfast for the room price but parking was reasonable & easy to get around. Bed a little firm for our liking & no hooks or hangers to hang up coats, but no real complaints

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Rooms including bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was great- room to sit and helpful waitstaff. Convenient shuttle service to and from our event at the Xcel Energy Center. Couldn’t have been better- Highly recommend!

Staff was wonderful. Only thing I disliked was the cleaning service was not great. Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and room was only cleaned once and cleaner disposed of our toiletries so had to ask front desk for new ones. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were wonderful.

There was pretty much a domestic dispute going on next to my room and finally I asked to switch rooms at 1 in the morning. Then when getting ready to leave no hot water in the shower.

Well, started the stay in a room that smelled like smoke. Was them moved to another room that in the middle of the night someone tried to get in through the adjoining door, then they continued to party all night. I wanted to stay where there was a restaurant and bar but it was hit or miss if it was open at all. Took at least 10 min to get hot water in the room. Charging $15 a night to park in a parking lot that is near nothing but the hotel is a bit extrememe as well. Ultimately the only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself was just like any other hotel. My room however, the A/C seemed like it didn’t work. I put it down to 66, the room always stayed at 72. The hallways were cooler than the room. The key cards usually worked once or twice a day, had to always go get them reprogramed.

The only real negative was that the on-site restaurant was…bad. The service was slow and unresponsive. One of our party found a piece of sticker in his burger, left his plate on the side of the table, and it took the server ages to come over despite sitting at the bar and facing us. The food was edible but that’s it. The pork for tacos wasn’t seasoned, the Cesar salad came out with no dressing. The burger may have been good but the sticker killed the appetite. Now to the good: I booked the room for the marathon, which was cancelled. That morning, they still provided breakfast and Vivian was amazing and made me feel a little bit better about missing the race I’d been training for. In addition, I had booked the room for that night, and they didn’t charge me. Super props for how they handled the marathon cancellation. Super props to Vivian for making me a bit better about a disappointing situation. Everyone was sympathetic and I could tell that even if they weren’t runners, they understood it was important to us.
