Breakfast and the location were fine.
The customer service was horrible. From the manager's regressive "policy" of handling a booking mixup to refusing to a shuttle ride to the airport (a 10 minute trip) to difficulty getting in the hotel after hours to cleaning staff insisting on cleaning the room at 9 am while still in there.
