The hotel has a charming retro vibe, reminiscent of its 90s construction. While there's an opportunity to enhance the bathroom fan due to the shower curtain smell caused by humidity, the overall experience is still enjoyable. The hotel location is absolutely unbeatable, unless the sound of airplanes is a concern for you.

Close to airport, staff friendly and helpful. Good pool facilities. Some noise from nearby tram service - our room was at the side of the hotel facing the river

Odd numbered rooms have noise from light rail, even numbered rooms have constant noise from airplanes landing. Some thoughtful person left the water running in room above giving us a leaky ceiling in the bathroom at 3:30am in the morning. Service is good. Hotel is just usual type rooms.

Hotel is great! Located in centre of Richmond and just 5mins away from airport. I would like to say big thank you to our shuttle driver, Paul. He was driving well in this snowing weather, and he helped to load and unload our baggages with care. A small nice gesture saved us from this bad weather.

The room was really clean, the staff was really nice and helpful. And the free airport Shuffle was very useful even if I had to wait a bit before it picked me up, otherwise my stay was great.

They changed their daily parking fee from $5/day to $25/day. No benefit to stay there now. Super expensive! We asked for another blanket for the dogs bed cause it was dirty and asked for a few pillows and they brought them up with no pillowcases and they were gross with yellow stains all over them. Will not be staying here again.

We got in very late, miserable rainy night and very tired!! So was very nice that the room was awesome, very clean, nicely furnished, and bed & sheets were great! Good blackout curtains was a bonus!! The checkin was fast, the desk clerk very nice & waived the $25 parking fee, apppreciated that!! Very close to the airport, & city center, there was a shuttle but we had rented a car. All in all was really good & will stay there again!!

Decent airport hotel, surprisingly comfortable beds, but the whole place is showing the general wear of age. The airport shuttle driver had a cough the morning of our flight, and they had a good policy in place to send him home and pay for our taxi instead. Thank you for protecting guests and other workers!

The hotel is a little outdated. The bathroom door is very problematic. You can easily lock yourself out of the bathroom. In addition, the elevator was really scary. The door doesn't close properly and makes noises when it closes. The location is great with a shopping center across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The staff is really helpful and friendly. There is free shuttle services to the airport, though it would be better if it works in 30 minutes interval instead of 1 hour. The gym is a little under-equipped.
