Amazing place near restaurant and shops

Location was close enough to Downtown Rome but there was nothing near the hotel to do without hiring a taxi. Staff was helpful in helping you organize tours. Wifi was not too reliable. signal was usually no more than 2 bars. I had an eSim so was not overly dependent on hotel wifi.
The restaurant menu was ok but not excellent. Restaurant staff was not friendly or accommodating unless one had a reservation. Holiday travel and sightseeing is not conducive to being at the hotel at a specific time. The bar served food and drinks but the menu was extremely limited. We opted for dinner in the bar because the restaurant were having problems dealing with drop ins. This was our second try at eating there and left when the only way the server might be able to get us a table in the half empty restaurant was to call the manager. The first time we ate at the restaurant, we were denied our preferred table because it was reserved. We ate and left before anyone even came near that table. Reccomendation: Eat elsewhere if possible.

Very helpful at checkin and we had breakfast the staff was very attentive and helpful. Great selection of food and staff was great.
