A quick getaway for 1 night. Easy check in. Room was clean and looked nice. Hubby had the breakfast. He said the coffe was really good along with the breakfast. The only not good part was the bed. Its Not comfortable. It was hard. Hubbys back was sore, my hips hurt too.

this place was downright scary. I couldn't fall asleep because there were so many weird noises and sketchy people on the property. finally fell asleep only to be awakened by someone knocking on the next door - it sounded like ours, but someone answered the door. when we got settled in for the night we turned on the tv. it didn't work. called the front desk and the only solution was to switch rooms. since we were already in bed that wasn't an option. super disappointed in it. thought we could trust the best western brand. not so.

The place was dirty and when we came back to our room our door was open. Staff upfront seemed to not care. The room smelled like weed carpet was wet and we had to move rooms.

Power went out most the night and it was cold asf. But I managed. Wasn’t hotels fault but it was unfortunate to happen on my stay. I’ll cry in my corner now 💀

Property requires a non refundable $100 deposit without a receipt showing the deposit. Wifi doesn't work. TV doesn't work. Yelling and screaming from the room next door. Can't sleep. Absolutely the worst experience from Best Western. I'd expect higher quality for the cost. If I knew it was going to be this bad, I would have slept in my car.

All of the staff that I had contact with were extremely helpful and friendly, starting with the from desk and the lady in charge of the breakfast set up. Was was there for 3 days, the breakfast was good except it was the exact same thing every day.

I have to say my check in experience was the best part of our stay. I wish I had gotten her name. This lady was smiling and happy. The room was ready and no problem checking in a little early. So helpful with everything. They have a full breakfast which is always a bonus. Very nice area of Temecula.

Everything went really well. Everything was really neat and tidy, the people that we interacted with were nice and friendly, it was easy to check in and out, and the breakfast made for a nice little touch. Probably a little overpriced, but a nice place to stay.

The room smelled funny! Like someone smoked in the room. Yes I asked for a nonsmoking room. Behind the tv was leftover pizza. and on one of the so called clean towels there was toe nail clippings.

The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in quickly. The maids had the room clean and tidy both days. The environment was quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely recommend to others and stay again if ever in the area.

Not good at all, I’ve stayed there many times (even for a month during Covid) now after giving me the storage room and then the oldest room, I’ll be finding a new place to stay when in town.

Very clean rooms. Very quiet no weird people outside at late hours like other hotels. Bed was comfortable has all your needs to get your day started with keurig coffee machine and refrigerator and microwave. Only thing we didn’t like was the room smelled like cigars, cigarettes. And air conditioner very loud. Will definitely come back.

Our room smelled like smoke so we needed to switch. The room was clean, but the beds were really hard, the bedding was too thin, there was a weird covering over the chair, and the complex was a little scary. There were people yelling outside in the parking lot and many people looked like they were on drugs or something. I wouldn’t stay there again.
