Staff, rude Cleanliness, subpar Breakfast, meh, never ever have had scrambled eggs in a water bath gross! Comforter had stains We planned 2 nights, but stayed 1 and went to Hampton Inn.

The hotel is what I expected from the pictures. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable for my liking but that's just my preference. The only negative thing I have to say is that towels are like sandpaper and a little bit of fabric softener would probably go a long way.

The staff are great here. My experience here was very good in December when I was here for 2 weeks, so I returned for a 1 week stay in February. This is a very good location in central Temecula. Hotel is well managed and maintained. The only issue I really have it the internet that is incredibly slow. Not only is is slow there's a clumsy backwards method to log into the wifi. Every 2-3 hours you get disconnected and it can take 5-10 minutes to get reconnected due to the poor process often requiring me to restart my computer, revist the hotels advertising page that does not always pop-up or connect each time you have to reconnect and log back in. I have lost important work online due to this backwards and nonsensical internet at this hotel. It's way too slow for 2024 standards. Very few people in this hotel this season during my stays. I doubt it would work at all during busy season when there are hundreds more people taking resources from the WIFI.

Roach and roach poop in the bath tub. Also, WiFi username was inaccurate. My partner and I were so unsatisfied that we did not stay the night.

Staff is super nice and checked in with us after checkin to see if everything was ok. The room was extremely clean and a soft bed. Only issue was the walls are pretty thin and can hear normal conversations from the room next door. Elevator also smelled like pee. Other than that the hotel was good.

I asked for a printed receipt and I was told they will just email it to me even I insisted for a printed copy. They will not give it to me.

Their ad for pet friendly was not true, they are dog friendly, they dont accept cats, also no mention of a pet fee anywhere and they charge $20....very misleading and i was left with having to find accommodations that accepted a cat

Classic motel/hotel feel. Walls and doors a bit thin, but the rooms themselves updated nicely. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Good menu and choices for hot breakfast, but watery scrambled eggs, old hard boiled eggs left the waffles and biscuits & gravy without good compliments. Safe was nice and location is great, even a bike trail that runs by the property. I feel like it's overpriced, but it was my first stay in Temecula and we did rest fine.

My stay at the Quality Inn Wine Country was better than expected. Front lobby service was friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable . In addition the room was pet friendly for an additional $20 and was handicapped accommodating for my elderly parents.

I have always liked Quality Inn. Prices are typically good and the free breakfast is awesome. This particular property is a bit challenging to find and parking is somewhat limited but overall, it was a very good experience. The room itself was VERY nice.

My recent stay at your inn was a mixed experience. While the hotel has a good rating, I found it dated, with shabby interiors, stained curtains, and an uncomfortable armchair. The overall cleanliness, especially in terms of the bedspread and pillows, fell short of expectations. One notable issue was the noise, particularly from the connecting room and the creaking floors above. Additionally, the room's temperature was hard to regulate, with a noticeable draft from the door. On a positive note, the location was convenient, had a good breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Overall, my experience was below what I anticipated, especially considering the positive reviews. I have stayed at a neighboring hotel multiple times and found it to be a more satisfactory option.

The property is definitely showing its age, which would explain the low price point. Pretty much delivered what it should, but a few minor things could help it out dramatically. For example, the patches to ‘seal’ cracks in the outside walkways could be done in a blended fashion so as to not stand out so badly and look like you’re stepping on wet glue. Just a little more cleaning on and around the building would do wonders for overall appearance. Otherwise, it is what you pay for and quite possibly a bit more due to a good warm breakfast and friendly staff.

Check-in was swift and easy! The host, Jacob was professional and very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and jaccuzzi were most inviting and the breakfast was great! Thank you! I WILL return and be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

Under construction elevator a bit scary, light in elevator area not working, needed cell phone charging setup. Took 3 trips to office to get room key to work. Otherwise room felt clean bed was comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast.

Has a good amount of extras in the room, fridge, microwave, only negative is rooms "adjoined" with a door, unfortunately ours had that setup and you could hear your neighbors, otherwise, good breakfast and comfortable bed. Furniture is kinda outdated, TV is small, bath area is TIGHT but functional. Staff is friendly. It's conveniently located to EVERYTHING in Temecula.

Bath tub drains poor. Extremely noise in the middle of the night-sound of repair or maintenance. Reported at midnight but no return call and morning front desk staff was not aware of the nightmare condition. One positive thing reportable is about frontdesk staff, “Siew” her support was excellent.

First time trying Quality Inn and I didn’t see Quality anywhere!! I woke up at 3:30 am after experiencing a series of pinching on my back and side of my body, which turned incredibly itchy until I went to the mirror to take a look and realized I had been beaten several times by a bedbug!! So I went back to the bed and confirmed it, there it was! So I took pictures with my phone to show the person at the front desk and requested another room to move and try to sleep but the person who was there was extremely rude and disrespectful. He never apologized for what happened and instead, he said “ARE YOU TRYING TO CHANGE ROOMS AT 4 IN THE MORNING??” Even when I told him what I had gone through and showed him the pictures of the bedbug on the bed. I also took pictures of the bites on my body to prove that!! So he finally got me another room saying “CHECK OUT IS 11am!! And again, never apologized for such inconvenience. What a horrible experience for me and my girlfriend. I will never choose Quality Inn again and expect a response from EXPEDIA about this terrible situation. I have pictures to document my claims.

Overall prettt great property if youre just passing through. Phones are outdated. The bathtub looked yellowish, had to wash it myself with some Lysol. Front desk lady was super friendly. Blackout curtains would not close all the way.

The front desk was a bit difficult to locate and I think it’s some kind of construction going so there are yellow tapes around so at first I thought the front office wasn’t open so I went to next building which is actually another hotel. It would be nice if they put some kind of sign. Other than that, room was really clean, the breakfast was nice and area was quiet. I’ll use this hotel again.

The room was somewhat clean but I found hair everywhere. In the tub on the countertops and tables. It was uneasy for me. The walls seemed paper thin. I could hear the neighbors getting it on.
