we stayed for three nights, first night was nice, not the other two nights, there are noise from other tenant during, late evening and early morning, someone smoke weed in the hallway. the room condition is clean and OK.. lot of wear and tear in room we stayed

Nice quiet location, a 30-minute walk to downtown San Mateo via the pedestrian bridge. From negative: cleaning service never showed up during my 3-night stay. There are no real blackout curtains to shield from the bright light next door, so it was a challenge to sleep. plus my windows were overlooking the parking lot and I had to keep the lights off for privacy reasons due to no blinds.

The price was really good and I was pleasantly surprised but I didn’t know about the $17.00 daily parking fee which seemed too high. Overall we were satisfied.

We left this hotel after one night of a 7-night stay. There was no soap in the room. No hair dryer. Three hangers. The hotel charged $17 a night for parking, which I would never choose to pay. No free breakfast, a standard for most hotels these days. The place was being renovated, and it didn't seem very safe. All bad. We won't return to this hotel again.

We stayed for 4 nights in an accessible room. Drawers are ALL broken, keep sliding open. Carpet is filthy. AC is broken, I called front desk and told them that the AC is not cooling enough and I cannot change the temp setting. They sent a maintenance guy and all he did is clean the filter and said it should be ok now when it still showing an E8 code which is an error code. They know that there are 3 people in the room but they keep giving only 2 towels. Why? When I first call in for the reservation I request 2 accessibility room next to each other and the guy confirm that they have it available. When I check in they don’t have it. Very disappointing.

I have stayed at this property numerous times for work trips and continue to come back due to the welcoming, responsive and professional staff, as well as the spacious rooms that have excellent amenities. Always consistent with cleanliness and customer service.

Very clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to the San Mateo Caltrain station so traveling into San Francisco was very easy. Not walking distance but lyfts and ubers were pretty cheap.

A good budget option for anyone visiting the area. I was there for a work trip. A good place to set up for the week: a good desk and large work area, a decent business center, easy access to 101 to head into SF for meetings or down to places like Palo Alto. All and all, a good stay.

Very quiet and easy parking. Although parking was $17 a day Restaurant was very nice and staff was great. Many items on the menu were not available for dinner, which was disappointing. Room amenities were not listed on description: Like coffee in the room, refrigerator etc. easy access of and on hwy 101. Only 10 minute easy drive to SFO airport and car rental station with air train to all airline terminals. Super easy to follow directions. Convenient.

The hotel is in good location and the personal is professional the room was infested of roaches and food all around the edges I think is the reason the room have roaches, I called the front desk and the manager gib us another room with no roaches thank you for that.

It is disappointing when a brand/chain is so inconsistennt between their properties. You are expecting certain level of quality, cleaning and overall stadard, and you get to a ran down version. Specially close to a big city like San Francisco.

Overall a nice one night stay. Close to the airport. Did have to pay an additional $17 for parking that I wasnt made aware of prior to booking, or I overlooked it. Im never a fan of add ons. All of the staff was great and the grill had a nice selectiin and the food was surprisingly good.

When I first got there, they told me I was going to be in building 3 which was outback. I walked out back to take a look at it and when I try to back into the main building my key card wouldn’t work and then had to walk around the side of the building down a little narrow trail to get back to the front desk . Building 3 outback was not in a good location and I wasn’t happy with it and the entrance was hard to find.
