Granted the location wasn't to bad considering, but the room was nice and staff were very helpful and welcoming. For the value it was worth the stay and would stay again if ever in san mateo
So far away from everything. It was about 1 mile to walk to anything.

Easy check-in, easy checkout. Customer service is great everybody there that I’ve encountered is very nice and has always let me upgrade the room. Highly recommended.

the room was okay in every aspect. this is the epitome of you get what you pay for. the location isn't that bad you get the noise from 101 but walking distance to the bay trail for even more walking. this room felt very private. the cleaning staff are very receptive.
there's a landscaping or construction company behind the building and sometimes they like to play music really loud. there were roofers working and being on the top floor meant i heard loud footsteps and power tools to a point where i had to leave to have a phone call.
