We have stayed at this hotel over 6 times already and there’s a reason why we keep coming back! The hotel is at the prime location in Burnaby close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and has a skybridge to the Metrotown Mall! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program. Rooms are comfortable and true to their description. Amenities and the buffet breakfast are also great! Looking forward to coming back and staying with Holiday Inn Metrotown in the near future!

clean, functional, meeting expectations for the price point. That the hotel is attached to a mall AND is surrounded by decent number of eateries is a plus.

Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We were in town for an event and the staff were very helpful by telling us where we could go eat, which train to catch and where to get off. The breakfast buffet was really good. Would definitely stay again.
