Second weekend in a row we stayed. Customer service is beyond amazing.Breakfast is delicious and great portions. Rooms are very clean. Look forward to the next stay.

Terrible stay. Dated hotel, no plugs around bed for medical devices, tub is too large and dangerous to come me in and out on slippery tiles. No extension cords or plugs available for emergencies. Hard to get to and from. Let's cation is coming nvebient but Accents hotel is much better quality and less expensive

The price and proximity to our relatives was right. The bedding is the highlight. We slept so well we noted what mattress, sheets and comforter for potential personal purchase.

Facility could use a little sprucing up to make it look newer and modern. Bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner & lotion) really need some upgrade. A few fitness equipment are not in working or usable condition. Your mini suites with kitchenettes are certaiinly better than most hotels in the same price range. With reasonable upgrades, you should be able to increase your room rates and still be competitive with others.

Was a great place to stay the night. Was quiet, clean and close to some good amenities. Wether hopping on the train to go into downtown, or walking to a local restaurant, it is a great place to have a night out. The room was quiet and clean with a real home feel. Staff was nice and accomadating.

Room was a queen room with seperate livingroom. Hotel is adequately modernized. Bed was comfy. Tons of plugs and usb plugs. Tvs are basic cable. Hotel is very close to groceries, mall and SkyTrain. Super easy to get to hwy or travel throughout lower mainland on Willingdon or Lougheed.

I didn't like: The window in my room got stuck. I was unable to open it and staff member could not help either. The window frame needs repairs. I like: Swimming pool and hot tub are excellent. Warm and quiet.

The location offers plenty of onsite parking and ease of going in and out. Walking distance to Cactus Club, Save-On Foods and other nearby restaurants. Recommended!

Bad hospitality and bad management. The hotel was under renovation but I was not informed of. In the morning sharp at 9:00am, hammering sound just right above my room awakened me. When I stepped out the room, I found that my room was just like sitting in the midst of construction site. I went to reception desk, the staff was rude and said they are lawful to work. What a hospitality it is! I was very disappointed and angry about this. When I made a request to contact her manager, she told me that he is busy and so I have to sit aside and wait without knowing how long should I have to wait. I am sure that she had not pass my complaint to her head.

Spacious room, good amenities, comfortable and convenient. Would have gave it 5 stars but toilet was easy to clog, water temp in shower was not hot as it should be and tub had no drain plug for kids to take a bath. Small things, overall great place.

Average stay. I was told there's no robes or slippers available for normal room guests other than honeymoon suite. I offered to pay for these two request and was denied. Also if i didnt have the hook lock on the door the house keepers yelled out "housekeeping" once and then proceeded to open room door. I didnt appreciate that it happened twice.
