Spent one night here while seeing some friends and while checking out some of the Duluth sites.
Hotel was clean, comfortable, easy to get to, and had no issues with any part of our stay.
We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked like a decent pool area.
The breakfast was pretty good as well for a continental breakfast.

The description they give is misleading. The hotel is not new and it's in the middle of industrial factories. Nothing appealing about that area of Duluth.

We liked the location and ease of finding the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet despite busy roads near by. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Also good restaurants not far away.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we came around 9am but still have plenty of food and wait us to clean up the table.

Rooms are not very sound proof. You hear every time the room above you moves or takes a shower. Staff very nice but not a very good place to get a good nights rest.

We seem to always come when there is an event going on, it was a bit noisy in the hallways and the lobby but the staff are always excellent.

Very convenient location to many things. Friendly informative staff. Clean rooms. Can be some highway noise if you stay in certain rooms depending on where you stay in the building-others are perfectly quiet. Good breakfast selection and coffee set up in lobby. I do wish the hotel bar was open on more than just weekends, that would have been nice. The pool/hot tub area is very nice.

We did all the check in online. So when we arrived we had less than 30 seconds interaction with staff. For that reason we cannot comment much about service. Still, one of the main reasons why we booked that hotel was because it mentioned on Hotels.com website it had a gym as one of the amenities and I am in training for a big race. We went to dinner and had 2 hours before bedtime so I had planned to use the gym after dinner. That is when I found out there is no gym in the hotel, but a partnership with a local gym. Another issue was the bathroom of our hotel room. It had hair on the floor and even a chewed bubble gum. It was filthy.

Everything was perfect besides when the housekeeper did not give us any toilet paper. Beds were made poorly.

As a frequent visitor to Duluth, I have been meaning to check out this hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and there were plenty of work spaces available.
My only concern was the smell of our room. It was awful. To be fair, I was on a tight schedule and didn't have time to go to the front desk to request a different room. So that was on me.

It was fantastic! There was a mix up on how many rooms i booked through a 3rd party, but they took them off my stay so i wasn't overcharged. Huge awesome room and facility! Beautifully decorated and helpful staff. Wi-Fi didn't work the best but not a game changer. Will definately stay here again!

For being an older property it was really well kept. My only complaint was the walls must be very thin because we could hear our neighbors quite well.

Great to find a hotel with sauna and relaxing pool area and also a whirlpool.

Very clean, but our room smelled musty or maybe like it used to be a room to smoke in. It even made my clothes smell like it. Beds for us were not comfortable. Road noise was awful. We were on the first floor on the east side of the hallway.
