Everyone working at the hotel was very polite, attentive and helpful. As a way to compensate for the “Nob Hill fee” we were offered 2 tickets to the Legion of Honor museum (which we used since we love it and we already had planned to go), 2 $10 credit toward food/beverage consumption at the restaurant and 2 bottles of water. It turned out that the credit was not per person, but per room!?
Our room was spacious, clean with a large and comfortable bed.
A plus to stay at this hotel (stayed 5 or 6 times, already) is The Top of the Mark, on the top floor of the hotel. You can dance your night away at the sound of weekly live bands while having a 360 degree view over san Francisco and the bay.

like the location, service and ambiance, but room view could have been better, and of course trying to find a more inexpensive way to park the car....$100 a night gets costly..

Hotel has an excellent location. Even if it needs restoration and they are working on that, the vibes of the hotel are adorable and the staff too!
