Great hotel booked at the last minute. Flight home was delayed out of SFO. Booking was easy. Front desk was so kind and helpful suggesting nearby dinner options. Room was clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something close to the airport.

Needed a room close to the airport for an early morning flight out of SFO, and it served its purpose. Hotel & rooms are pretty dated, but clean. Parking garage under rooms which was good that my car wasn’t out in an open parking lot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable, spacious and ckean. The free breakfast was very good. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the stay also!

This hotel does not offer a shuttle, so when you add the cost of a round-trip Uber ride ($60 + tips in our case), this hotel becomes much more expensive than other comparable hotels in the SFO area. I've had good stays in other La Quinta Inns over the years and thought this one just didn't stack up. The room we were in was kind of shabby.

Every employee was friendly and had a smile. JP Howard treated me quite fairly when there was some reservation confusion. i would definitely. stay there again

During our stay there was so much noise. We woke up in the middle of the night multiple times due to loud steps and pounding from the ceiling. We called the front desk and they told us they would go speak to a family staying upstairs. I asked the front desk on the 3rd call what the were going to do about the issue and

The staff were all warm and welcoming. Very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, the hotel itself and shown in the website photos was not what I found when I checked in. I simply could not stay as long as I wished.

I booked a room for a night there and fully paid by Hotels.com but when we arrived they gave me a receipt that shows they charged me $134 themselves. I told her and she said I’ll fix it. Anyway, she took my credit cart and charged me 10 box for parking and 100 box deposit. Next day I went there for check out and again she gave me another receipt that showed they charged me $125 ! I told her I booked with Hotels.com and paid. First she said no I didn’t charge but when I signed in to my bank account there and showed her that she charged me $134 , $10, $100 and $125 and they are all on pending and I showed her that I paid by hotels.com ($126) all are for Jan 14. Then she made refund for $100, $125 but she said that $134 will diaper and all these charges and refunds was on my account as pending. Today is Jan 20 and the charges are posted in my bank account and I have no idea why they charged me again that $125 and $100 while I paid by hotels.com for that night $126…

I had a really great stay. Staff was terrific, the room was comfortable and had everything I could possibly need, and I got the best sleep ever in the comfortable bed. Free breakfast was great! I used the coin operated washer/dryer to wash my clothes with no problems. The only thing I would add is an airport shuttle, but other than that, it was a great stay. I often get stuck in San Francisco because of flight delays and not great hotels, but I’m going to book this hotel anytime I get stuck in San Francisco in the future :)

This was an excellent comfortable restful experience for me considering that this property is just about a mile from San Fran Airport. Staff were very professional and helpful. Ana, in particular, (front Desk) provided useful information for me. The breakfast was great and fresh.

NO shuttle to airport so you need cab or Uber. So, lower price gets wiped out. Also hotel is further away than advertised and, room was pretty shabby. Will not return.

Very good value. Near airport. $10 parking is a bargain compared to other airport hotels. Good security. Excellent free breakfast and adequate fitness center, although it closes at 10pm. Room is spacious and more than fine for the price. Really good shower and more than decent bed. Heating unit a bit loud but, hey, not everything can be perfect.

The people we came into contact with, the front desk and maids, were all very pleasant and friendly. We had been staying with Hilton for years but will now be staying at this location from now on. Way better value and nicer place!!
