Very good stay. Very friendly stay. Great gym facilities. Would have liked a restaurant but quite a few close by. Near highway and subway/ Metro

Service was ok at my arrival. Bathroom was not clean at all! A lot of hair on the floor. Wall are made in paper! Hard time falling asleep as I could hear everything from the other rooms and hallway. No restaurant on site no water. Water coming out of the drain when you take a shower and more!

It was terrible. Everyday we had to ask for towels as they only put 1 set even though we were 2 people. If we didn’t leave the used towel on the floor it was not taken and replaced. The bathtub had hair in it and toilet paper and Kleenex on the floor with the used bath mat towel

Loved our stay here. Loved the fact at they had free parking and provided Bath Robes. Staff were nice and friendly, and the rooms were super comfortable at an amazing price. They also had a continental breakfast included, nothing too fancy but it’s the thought that counts. My only issue was that they seemed to be understaffed. It took almost 30 minutes to check out at 11AM, even though the rooms were already paid for in advance. Apart from that, Ruby Foo was pleasantly impressive.

Stay was ok. But I had called ahead to advise I needed room close to elevator because handicapped. They gave room near elevator but far down the hall. Walk. Was kinda inconvenient. Had them change room in the morning. Even that they screwed up. Was told to leave my belongings with them at the front desk and they would put in room when cleaned. Got there later that evening and no room set up and belongings still at from desk.

Good place for a night or weekend. Better last year with the breakfast restaurant...this year there was no breakfast. There was a continental breakfast in the meantime until the restaurant opens. Nice to have something.

The service is very good. The hotel is old and the room feels like an office. The room is very cold and woke me up from the cold at night.

The 200$ safety deposite on credit card is a bummer. I know it should be be returned but I still have to pay it on my bill.

It was okay to stay for a couple of nights at the hotel. Nothing exceptional! The restroom and beds were in good condition but the carpet wasn’t clean to the standard level. Overall, it is a decent hotel to stay in. The main road( Route 15) in front of the hotel had crazy traffic even on the weekend with terrible weather conditions.

You can’t beat the Hotel Ruby Foo’s for excellent value; it is my “go-to” hotel whenever I’m in town. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly service!

They did have some construction going on so the restaurants weren't open and there was a bit of noise due to the construction but by stay was great. The room was amazing, especially for the deal i got on Expedia. Was very comfortable, shower had a ton of pressure which i love. The staff was very helpful and all spoke clear English since i don't speak French. Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here if i get the chance to come back.

During our stay we were able to have tranquility and comfort in the hotel, the attention stood out as usual from the hotel team.

First time walking in to the place and the whole process was welcoming and nice. George was awesome and so helpful.

It is understandable that there is no security officer in the lobby, but maybe just don't leave the desk unattended, so once the guests arrive from late at night errands, they could get in right away without waiting for the staff/s to come back and the main door opens.

Noisy. You could hear them cleaning from two rooms over.
Vehicles get stolen from the parking lot multiple times throughout the week.
Car was stolen and staff were very nonchalant about it. Police mentioned it is extremely common

Solid night sleep after a long day. Lots of free parking. They had a grab and go breakfast set up. However, it was not advertised. Coffee, juice, chocolate croissants, some nice options.

Currently staying here and it’s absolutely disgusting. The rooms are filthy, the fridge smells like rotten fish and the paint is literally peeling off the walls. I’m so unhappy with our stay. Will

Very friendly staff, the property overall is adequate. Unfortunately, the restaurants are closed and there are not many dining options nearby.

Check in and check went smoothly. The halls were fine. The room however was in serious need of an update. The walls were cracked, there were stains on the ceiling and it was peeling. The room smelt very stuffy and one of the beds smelled like cigarette so we only used one bed. The toilet bowl had stains . The only reason we didn’t ask for another room was that we checked in very late, had an early check out and toddler with us so we decided to suck it up. Also the walk from elevator to front desk is quite far. Minor detail, most hotels we’ve been to recently have USB plugs to charge devices but this hotel does not.
