Hotel is run down. The back room around the pool have a musty smell.

The hotel is really smelly. It was almost unbearable with the smell. Every time the air came on the room would smell like sewer. The halls were also very smelly. It's too bad as the place is really nice otherwise. Very comfortable and clean. I would not be able to stay here again until they can fix the smell

The overall experience was Average. Like many of your guests, I choose Mosaic because of its location near my Medical Clinic. The food service and selection was very limited. It appears that you cater to drinkers more than to food service. The Chef is off on Mondays, so they only provide sandwiches for Dinner. The maid threw away my hearing aids ($3000 loss) that I left on the sink counter. If you are looking for a place to just lay your head between medical procedures, the Mosiac is adequate.

Room was very small, beds were uncomfortable, cheap mattresses. No bellhop services offered. 3 out of the 4 days we were there the restaurant was closed for dinner. For 2 people in our room we always were given 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and, 3 out of 4 days, one washcloth. I all say the housekeeping staff was very nice.

Good service. Unfortunately the smell in the room is definitely there and wouldn’t be tolerable for more than a night. Bedside charging strip is broken. The “disposable” cup covers were old and used.

Friendly staff....walking distance to shopping

Great boutique hotel and enjoyable stay.

The only issue was the bathroom. the sink plug would not open so the water stayed in the sink. Also, we only received 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for two people. Other than that, it was great.

Well, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, we travel a lot along the year and this was awful:
We were a party of 6, 2 persons per room
Day 1: Rooms were dirty and didn’t have any towels
Day 2: 1 couple moved out from the hotel due to poor room conditions, service and responses. We reported the problems at the front desk and they deliberately didn’t pay any attention
The same day but at night, we reported the same and in that moment they took notice.
Day 3: Water problems at night, no hot water and then no water at all
With that said, sadly the recommendation is to NO STAY at this hotel. Beautiful property, poor management

only 1 set of towels for 2 guests and lacking inventories

We liked the location of the hotel as it's very easy to get to and within close walking distance to much of Beverly Hills. The room are nice but the bathrooms are quite small. Also, some rooms look out onto a blank wall. They charge an extra Urban Bundle fee of $30 which is nothing more than an upcharge for nothing more than 2 glasses of inexpensive wine. The fellow at the bar is extremely nice but the follow at the reception desk need proper training.

My husband and I were in town for one night and chose the Mosaic based on location. Everything seemed ok until midnight. The room directly above us began to sound like an absolute circus. Scraping furniture across the floor, stomping, pounding…I called the front desk twice to notify them and was assured that they would speak with the guests above us. This noise went on for 5 hours before stopping briefly for 2, only to pick back up again in the morning. When we notified the front desk manager she told us that this is a common issue specifically with our room (209) and that “everyone complains about that!”
Nothing was done to rectify the situation further. We plan on traveling to this area frequently in the coming months and we most definitely will NOT return to the Mosaic.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Beverly Hills area. 2 mins walk to Rodeo Dr and a Starbucks right behind the building. All of the staff are so nice and professional. Phillipa helped us checked in and she was so helpful and kind. She got the cart and loaded with the luggage by herself. She is definitely the best of the best.
The bartender Bob is such a wonderful person who will make sure that you have the most pleasant experience with your stay. Thumbs up to you guys

Staff was friendly and helpful. Compact boutique-style, with the standard mini-cabanas for meetings.
Downside for some folks will be the in-building noise. Isolation from adjacent/above rooms is very poor.
Room and bathroom were clean, spacious, street-facing windows could be opened.
The convenient self-parking adds $50/day to your cost.

Staff not very friendly. Parking fee is very expensive. Not super clean but the covers have been changed when asked. Location is good but overall not worth the price.

This property was fine for a very brief stay but I take issue with the "4 star" rating. The sleeping rooms have no personality, the restaurant closes between services, no room service, and the bedroom furniture looked run down. The room and floor I was on had a weird smell as well. TL;DR this felt more like my 3 star Comfort Suites reservation in the midwestern suburbs than a 4 star Beverly Hills experience.

No ice machines on the floors- had to go down to the ‘basement’ to get ice
Funky smell in the corridors- maybe old carpets?

The staff at the front desk is very unreliable.
lily the lady at the front desk day shift and her supervisor don’t listen to customers requests. I requested to print something and she didn’t let me, they have an air printer sitting right next to the bar for pubblic use and she said she didn’t know how to work it. While I was talking to her she kept talking to someone else that was requesting something else and didn’t get their problem solved either. And she was rude. Keep hanging up the phone while speaking to her. Not professional at all.
I missed my appointment waiting for them.
Francis, night shift was a totally different vibe, helped with all my needs and was very reliable. By the way the place looks clean but is definitely just appearance
In my room I found a dehydrated blueberry That was probably there since days.
I was very happy the first time I stayed there, although this time was very disappointing.

I am a UCLA alum and parent. So I go to LA fairly often. This was my first time at this hotel. I liked the proximity to UCLA but that was about it. The room was super cramped. The shower didn’t have a full door so the water would almost flood the bathroom floors. They charge $50 a day for parking which is a rip off. But no street parking which was such a hassle to find other parking. We stayed 3 nights. The pool is small and cramped as well. So all in all I would not stay here again.

This is my second stay and both have been exceptional. Very friendly staff, really nice hotel in a great spot with very reasonable prices. I will be coming back
